"I was debating whether to stay on an all inclusive or a only breakfast included . I decided to have the freedom of only breakfast so we could explore more places and take different tours The staff is number 1. Friendly, authentic, happy to help, it is in their nature. Not fake looking ro obtain something. Everything we need was kindly and immediately facilitated. The view of the terrace is stunning while doing morning yoga. Despite theres no TV, we dint need it. We were in adventours all day and then spend quality time playing cards and talking. The breakfasts are delicious. I enjoyed the quiet, the cool weather, the walking distance to the beach. They gave us a beach umbrella and sand towel. San Pancho town is a wonderful little town with great tacos stands and different stores. The community center in town is an amazing place. Witari hotel boutique was the best option for us as a family of 2 adults and a teenager. We rented a car from expedia. We used it every day. The hotel offers golf cart rents as well. Thank you to everyone at Witari. You made our stay very special. Natalie"

"This is a great little hotel. Very nice room/space with kitchen and separate bedroom. Access right out to the pool was lovey. Being a couple blocks from the town/beach it was very peaceful especially at night. The staff were amazing! I would love to stay again."

"Due to power outage, we were moved to La Puesta upon arrival and were able to stay there the duration of our time in Sayulita. The Staff was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, & caring...constantly going above and beyond. The Oceanview Room (I believe ALL rooms are Oceanview) was stunning, clean, well-equipped with all of the comforts of home. The food was spectacular! When not exploring the town itself, we ate most of our meals at one of the on-site restaurants. The pool was stunning....there aren't enough words to describe the amazing time we had at La Puesta. Gabe, Priscilla and ALL of the Staff were welcoming and engaging! Cannot wait to go back with even MORE Octopuses this time!! :-)"

"The only all-inclusive resorts I’ve been to before this visit were Excellence and Beloved, so I am sure that my expectations were not in keeping with this sort of all-inclusive resort, which is more family-oriented and modestly priced than then Excellence properties are. Here are some things that surprised me, shared for the good of the order: 1) The coffee and snacks that are in your room on arrival are not replenished daily. They are an amenity for your arrival. If you look sad enough, and beg hard enough, you can buy more coffee for 30 pesos. There is coffee (around 5:30) in the pool area. I awake at 4, so the coffee situation needed a workaround. 2) Meals start a few minutes AFTER the posted hours. I arrived at 8:01 for 8:00 breakfast, and was made to wait until 8:08 to enter. Not a big deal, but something worth knowing. 3) The food is good, but bland. Luckily, there’s more authentic food available in the streets nearby. 4) The staff are great. I’d put them up again the staff at Excellence resorts. They’re attentive, smart, resourceful, and very competent. To my mind, they deserve to be tipped more often and more generously than I observed occurring. Other observations: the ocean views are stunning, and the water is warm. If you can, I suggest bringing your own beach chair. Theirs are uncomfortable, and they go fast. Bring your own, find yourself a little piece of sand, and just enjoy the sights, smells, and sounds."
