Wonderful

Great place, plenty of room, quiet location with beautiful scenery. Golf carts were great for getting around & the area has great restaurants & shopping. Would stay here again.

Lovely and Peaceful

Home is beautiful, sitting on the golf course. More then enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The golf carts are a perfect addition to enjoy the neighborhood and everything Baytowne offers. The check in process was easy which I love.

New Years family vacation

Great location. Close to Baytowne Wharf and easy golf cart ride to the beach. The 2 golf carts are awesome! You never have to crank your car. Would definitely come back again.

Great place

Sandestin is always a great place to stay, and this place made it even better. Convenient to all the Baytown activities and great quiet location. House was roomy, clean, well stocked. Everything you’d want for a short term rental.

Great House but a few drawbacks if interested

Overall the property was great! We had a blast. It was myself husband and 3 adult kids and one daughter in law. There were a few things that need to be addressed with the house. The garage door needs to be serviced. Extremely loud. The upstairs thermostat can be set for 75 but doesn't go above 71 we believe because of the humidity sensor so it was quite cold upstairs. The tile floors were pretty dirty. They'd been swept but i don't believe mopped. Very minor things and did not effect our stay. Just for the future. Also not thrilled with the size of the pool and the fact there is little to no shade. The weather was very hot when we stayed so the water was bathwater and even warmer. I think the size of the pool was too small. This would probably make us pick another neightborhood in the resort down the road. The management team was fantastic and responsive!

Family vacation

Everything as described. Very clean, well kept property. Nicely furnished and the home was in very good condition. Golf carts made getting around the resort very convenient.

Great house

Perfect for our family of 7. Everyone loved the house, and the fact we all had our own bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Also, two golf carts was so convenient to get around the resort and to get to the beach!

Family Vacation

This is the 3rd year we stayed at this house. We have had myself and my wife. Also 3 sons, two wives, one girlfriend and 3 small children. With the two golf carts and plenty of room for everyone, this is a great house to rent.

Nice place to stay

The house was nice. The shades on the windows were difficult, coffee maker didn’t work and the doors inside to both patios were very difficult to open. The communication with property managers wasn’t great. Our golf cart was taken one night and they did not respond or offer any assistance whatsoever. We located it on our own and it was fine but it would have been nice to get some level of support with the issue. The distance from the beach is quite far and kind of complex to find. It is a nice destination for older kids as they can kind of do their own thing around the resort. The kids loved the resort.

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, very clean, plenty of items to borrow for the beach (more than we expected!), and communication was excellent. The golf cart rides were the highlight of our kids trip so the tad longer distance to the beach was no issue for us. Loved having the Wharf and Publix/restaurants so close. Great location!

Best things: the neighborhood was charming, sidewalks were incredible for walking and jogging, the heated pool was nice in the winter, the condition of the place was great, kitchen was awesome, golf carts and beach supplies in garage were nice to have, the place looked super clean upon arrival, beautifully decorated, new tvs Bad things: long drive from beach, killed 3 huge roaches first night, center section of grill wouldn’t work, 2 golf ball landed on porch, wasn’t well informed on check in process and didn’t get a pass for our windshield soon enough

Incredible!

The property was wonderful for all of our children to spend a week together with us! We took turns preparing meals for the rest of the group in the well equipped kitchen as well as went out for some meals. The golf carts made the beach and shopping accessible and fun. We had a wonderful time and the house was lovely. The multiple bathrooms made a trip so much less stressful! I wouldn’t change a thing !

Look no further!!!

Amazing Rental!!! I am so glad this is the house we choose! We had a house of 4 Moms and 6 boys. The accommodations were awesome ~ 4 bedrooms each with their own bath and then an extra half bath... this had to be the cleanest rental ever! I don’t know if the owners just remolded or the cleaning crew is just that awesome, but I honestly felt like we were the first ones ever to stay in the house! ... and let me tell you, we are all OCD and maintain very clean houses. We honestly could not believe it met our expectations! Haha! So, once you get past how awesome and clean the house is, let me get to the other goodies. The house came with 2 golf carts. It was amazing. The whole setup is so convenient. We rode to the Publix cutting through the mall and never had to get on a main road. We also took the gold carts to Baytown warf where we had dinner and breakfast and let the kids play at the playground and arcade.. Baytowne Marina is also wonderful place to eat and on the water!!! It’s a must when visiting! There are two heated pools and a tunnel going under the main road for gold carts to the beach. The house came stocked with 12-15 nice beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas . We took our own bc we just weren’t sure, but next time we will not. They even had a pump for floats! We will be back for sure! Thank you owners and rental team for making our stay so enjoyable!!!

Absolutely amazing

This place was amazing. We had a terrific time. House could not be any more perfect. We were close to everything and having 2 golf carts made it even better. We would definitely come back and stay here for sure. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

21st birthday success!!!

We had a fantastic time as always at Sandestin. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible. Nice view of the golf course. Tons of beach stuff to use. In the garage. The golf carts were great and made getting around and back and forth to the beach easy without the hassle of driving your personal car. The only two things that were a bummer were the sprinklers were broken and sprayed directly into the patio, which made it difficult for my parents to enjoy the outdoors. And the second was missing hdmi cables were missing and our kids couldn’t access the tv until we got a new one. However, neither one of these things would stop me from staying here again. It was a great home!

Pleasant stay

Great neighborhood. Asia’s from a some little things that didn’t work or were broken, it was ok. It was too far from beach for me. One of our golf carts always had a hard time charging. We had a broken sprinkler head so everything in our back patio would flood which made hard to use grill in evening. Overall pleasant stay
