Already Are Planning Our Next Stay!

This place is amazing! We have stayed in in other properties in Baytowne but this was the best! Cleanliness, beds are comfortable & the golf carts were an added plus. We plan on staying at this property annually. The decor and furnishings are perfect and love the vibe. Our best friends & our son joined us for our stay & we are already planning next year's trip. Property is great, HOA not so much

$100 fine from HOA at 5:30 in the morning with no warning or request to move vehicle. The width of a tire was off the pavement. Other than the HOA being nit picky, this property was well kept, well supplied kitchen, perfect for our large group. Golf carts were great to get to Baytowne and the beach. The pool was nice for the day we didn’t feel like hauling everything to the beach.

Great stay

Although we only used one golf cart, had it been warm and not raining then we would have used both. The front tire was very low on the one in the garage. I am sure Vacation Haven would have aired it up if needed. I did tell them at check out. We left behind a new pair of my son’s shoes in he closet, hoping the cleaning crew turns them in. I have called a few times.

Wonderful stay in Sandestin

We would love to stay in this Villa Lago unit again! Listing pictures are accurate. We had plenty of dishware, cookware, and flatware for our large group. The tire on one of the golf carts was flat, and the management company was there in less than an hour to fix it. We rode the golf cart to the beach, visited Baytowne Wharfe, played pickleball at the tennis center, and played lots of games (scattergory, Uno, puzzles) on the dining room table. Communication with the management was excellent. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Bachelorette trip

This house was perfect for 6 women to stay in for 5 days. Everyone had plenty of room. The bathrooms were amazing and everything was so spacious. We will be booking again with this unit on our next trip to Sandestin.

Family/Friends vacay

The house was extremely nice. We had two families staying in the house with a total of 7 people. There was plenty of room, it never seemed crowded. The golf carts were very handy for getting around, especially to the beach. The beach closet was definitely a plus as well, they provided all things for the beach including plenty of chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking needs. It was a great vacation!

Great Property and Stay

We had a great stay! The house was nice and clean just as advertised. It was a very beautiful place with lots to.do around. While not a huge issue, I wish there is more information about the area such as how to get to the beach, what road allow golf carts and those that don't, and more about local activies/amenities. I just wish there was a binder left at the property with this information so we didn't have to spend as much time as we did on our phones. Regardless, not enough to not give this place and the people who run it a 5 star review. We will be back. Super nice, super clean, and a great location.

This property was great. It couldn’t have been in a more perfect location. You really don’t have to leave the area to do anything. There is plenty to do for adults and children. The golf carts are a must and a great benefit included in the rental. I can’t wait to return here.

Very nice home, bad water heater

Hopefully the water heater gets a permanent fix. During my stay, we experienced a bad water heater over a weekend stay. Property management company provided good communication and temporary fix. Other than the water heater issue, everything else was good. This place works well for a group of 7 single adults. Property description accurate. Very clean house. Patio, living room, kitchen, furniture are all practical to use. Beds and restrooms were good. Golf carts are awesome and they hold a good charge. The extra beach closet items were a huge plus!

Management company = pathetic dishonest

The property has the potential to be 5 stars if the management company were different. The cleaning crew was 1.5 hours late cleaning the place, both golf carts were dead, supposed new grill was below average, shower on first floor was busted. I called the management company 3 to 4 times and they kept telling me somebody would be out that day and no one ever showed up the entire three night stay that we stayed

Stayed comfortable in this home, it was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The 2 golf carts made this home a big hit with everyone. Convenient to pool and tunnel to beach side and shopping.

Perfect stress free getaway for our family, again! Beautiful Property has everything!

We love this location!!! We have stayed multiple times at this beautiful, clean property & house. Obviously, everything is perfect! The entire family loves the house, the granddaughters love the new beds in their room, the games, the pools, the golf carts, the garage had all the extras for waterplay, space is awesome. We all highly recommend it. It is well worth the drive. We will be back in a year!

We had an awesome time at this rental house. Two families with 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy access and check in. The house was super clean and equipped with everything you need. Plenty space for sleeping, cooking, and playing. The best part is the house comes with two golf carts! It made life so much easier. We definitely would recommend this place and come back again!

Everything was amazing!
