Friends and family beach trip

We had the best time at this trip. The property was pristine, and the location was perfect, much closer to the beach than we expected. The pool and pool area were great We look forward to come back to this same property

Drove up to a bunch of trash

The house was nice and we loved the back yard with pool and little bar area but when we arrived there was bags of trash everywhere! in and out of the trash can with flies everywhere smelled nasty , I called to let them knw and the lady said trash pick up days were Mondays and Thursdays , I proceeded to tell her how nasty it was and she continued to say the same thing rudely “TRASH DAYS ARE MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS!” Which i think should be picked up especially if you have a new family staying. Showers weren’t that great , hardly any water or water pressure Kitchen floor was greasy and so was the stove Other than that it would have been a great stay

Perfect family vacation home

Perfect location for everything. Beach was a very short walk (around 5 mins if you are a slow walker like me), winn-dixie is less then 3 min drive, outlet is literally right there. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor tv where they can play their own music. Communication was great. Had a problem with the door code but they got that fix real quickly. The only thing was the floors was a little sandy when we arrived but we are near the beach so it makes sense. Overall, a great location and home. I would recommend!

Great location

We always try to make reservations with location close to the beach and stores so this place has it all, just the property itself needs a few upgrades specially in the kitchen. The outdoor grill also needs to be upgraded but overall we had a great time here. Recommended a 100 %

Property house overalll was amazing, the walk to the beach and the outside pool was sooo amazing! although the outside tv didn’t work and the house wasent swept there was hair and sand in guest restroom. we did sweep and make sure it was cleaned better than we received it ! thank you for such a great stay, we had so much fun!

A wonderful and relaxing getaway

We were definitely impressed by this property, the cleanliness and access to some many places especially the beach. The beach boardwalk is just a block away and the pool area of the property was fantastic. Loved the details of the decoration in each room especially the master bedroom. This property had linens, enough towels for our 2 nights stay and plenty of amenities in the kitchen to cook with the family. It was the perfect place to gather with our relatives after 7 long years! Thank you for creating such wonderful memories.

Privacy in Paradise!

Our experience was excellent. No hassles, super easy check in and out. Amenities were perfect! The house was very clean and there were plenty of bath towels. We will definitely book again!

A bit disappointing great location

Pros - Clean and ready - Close to the beach - Easy check in and check out process - Loved the outside shower, specially after a day in the beach Cons - A lot of outdated stuff. TVs are all from like 10-15 years ago. Could not log in with our own streaming service. - Kids room had old furniture with half of the drawers not really working. - No shade in the pool. An umbrella would have been appreciated. - Some beach gear would have helped. You can rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach but they are limited. It is somewhat inconvenient to have to take all the beach gear. The house was not equipped with anything at all. For a beach house I think that is disappointing. - Pool is a bit small but that is probably a city restriction. Still small :)

Perfect location and beautiful set up!

This property has a lot of potential for A+ stay. It is so close to the beach just 1 min walk, the beach is soooo beautiful especially at around 4 pm and at night when the moon is out, it is just incredible to be out there in the evening. Awesome pictures with the moon reflection and water is very warm. Parking is not a problem for two cars or even 3 cars. We hope for the management to fix or make sure that the grill is working properly for the next guest, we bought lots of fresh seafood after our crab island adventure but end up baking it due to not having a working grill. The pool is very useful for a stay in day or for a quick evening dip. I recommend the property to have a speaker for there guest to use outside by the pool area, some beach properties have it so that’s why. The master bedroom shower floor can be more cleaner and whiter by using bleach, I wish they could leave salt and pepper in the property as well. Those are the little things I think that will need work on other than that it’s perfect.

Great getaway

We loved our stay and it super close to the beach, the entrance was at the end of the road. However, the tide was too high and we did not get to enjoy the ocean at all. The house was much nicer than the pictures. The internet speed was very close my husband was trying to get some work done. No Netflix and not many channels on the tv. Otherwise, everything else was great and having a pool was amazing since we could not swim in the ocean all week.

Family Vacation

Master bed was not made. Sheets, comforter, pillows were thrown over the small couch and floor. Had to make the bed myself, not sure how they overlooked making a king size bed before our arrival. Furniture needs some updating, especially couches and dining chairs. The upholstery is dirty and smelly, a good deep cleaning might help. We also had issues with the spring breakers in the house next door. From Saturday to Tuesday without fail they were out screaming and playing loud music at 2am, not sure why they would always go out at that time, but that's when they would start and go on until 4 - 4:30 am. I called Ocean Reef Sunday night and was told by our property manager that since he didn't manage that property and there was nothing he could do. Maybe not him, but the house with the spring breakers was also managed by Ocean Reef and I'm sure they could of figured out who the property manager for it was. On Tuesday morning, 2:22am, I called the Sheriff's non-emergency number and was told they were sending someone immediately, which they never did. Kept up us until 4:00 am with their loud music and screaming. Only night we were able to sleep without interruption was Wednesday. Sad we didn't get to enjoy our vacation as much as we would have liked.

House was great! Location to the beach was ideal, took my grandkids and it was close enough to run back and forth. We had issues with pool heater, but resort staff were very helpfull in addressing issue.

Excellent Location and Property - Cleanliness Issues

Definitely would love to come back to this location and similar property if the management company decides to get a new cleaning crew. Our family ran into several issues that we spent time cleaning during our vacation: dirty sheets, debris (I'm being polite) on the bathroom walls, dirty downstairs toilet, excessive amount of dust throughout the house, and unkempt exterior landscape with debris around and throughout the pool area. Besides issues with the cleanliness, which is important to my family, this property is everything we hoped for due to the fantastic location to the grocery store and the beach. Having a private pool was such a treat and that was handled very well. Being able to bring our dog in vacation and taking walks with her was also another perk of this house. The management company was very understanding of our cleanliness issues and wanted to send a cleaning crew out when we communicated the problems. The landscaping company accidentally cut the cable wire and for 2 days we did not have television, which is fine because we are most often outside or at the beach. Unfortunately, we had already re washed linens, there's a washer and dryer that we used often with 2 small children, and were not wanting to leave the property at that time. On Monday morning, the cable provider was there to fix the problem along with the property manager. My husband took pictures before we cleaned just to verify the extent of the issue for their purposes as well. Overall, I very much enjoyed the property and it's features. It was the cleanliness that was the issue. We would love to return and use the same property or larger next year for our family vacation. Remember to bring or buy condiments, laundry soap, and plenty of food to enjoy the grill and outside dining!
