This expansive beach home offers several king suites, each with a private bath, plus multiple living areas designed for gathering, relaxing, and celebrating together. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with its own beach access next to the pool, the home is ideal for family reunions, milestone celebrations, or unforgettable beach getaways. Premium amenities include ice makers, smart TVs throughout, tankless hot water heaters, and a dedicated game room for all ages.

Outside, a tropical pool oasis awaits, lined with palm trees and a spa. The pool can be heated* during cooler months. From the pool deck, it’s just a short stroll to Destin’s iconic sugar-white sand. To make it even better, a daily beach chair setup** is waiting for you on the shore.

Seaside Palace is perfectly located just minutes from grocery stores, award-winning restaurants, and upscale shopping, with the heart of Destin less than four miles away. Secluded yet close to everything, this is beach living at its finest.

Our pet policy allows a small dog under 50 lbs for a fee starting at $200. Please inquire if you would like to request an exception to this.

*The pool heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days before arrival. The spa area runs on the same heater, and this must be requested for any pool area to be heated.

**Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting.

The home comes with four folding beach chairs that you can carry to the beach in addition to the daily beach chair setup. We do not supply “beach” towels.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. passwords.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents staff from completing the job and interrupts the next guest’s vacation.

Up to six standard-size vehicles can park in the driveway. No street parking is available.

Spa-quality amenities are provided, featuring high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.2 pets max. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
