Great stay!

Nicely appointed, perfectly close to everything. Pool very nice, short easy walk. Many restaurants all around, no need to ever get in your car! The balcony was the main attraction. It’s huge and provides hours of people watching opportunities!

This condo is perfect! It is directly in the middle of Baytown in Sandestin. Everything is close.

We will definitely rent this unit again. Reasonably priced too. Our daughters yacht is in the marina and we were able to enjoy the emerald coast up close and personal. Thank you to the owners and all involved!

This place blew away our expectations. We cant say enough good things about this property and the location. The weather was less then desirable for this kind or resort but it was nice to relax and catch up on my reading and snacking. Can't wait to bring my extended family to this place.

best patio in the Village

Perfect size for family of 4. Easy access from parking garage. Patio is amazing with view of courtyard and restaurants. Only issue is the fabric for the bar stools on patio are torn and can’t sit in them.

Beach 2020

The room was excellent, just be prepared for music from restaurants to play until midnight. The beach was packed to the point it was not enjoyable. We found Henderson Beach State Park Beach and it was fabulous. Overall great experience.

Location is spectacular

This property had spectacular location. Huge balcony with great views of the fireworks and live music. Condo was spacious and perfect for our family (adults + 2 babies). The only downfall was the cleanliness was subpar. (example, stains on chair slipcovers and dirty floors). Overall, this is an excellent property that I would recommend to others.

As good as advertised

Great property. Parking on the same level as the unit was so convenient. Literally steps from your vehicle to the door of your condo. Watched fireworks and live music from our balcony. Have been going to Sandestin yearly for 20+ years. Rarely do the actual accommodations live up to the photos in the online listing. This property did. Will stay here again.

Great location with huge balcony

Condo overlooks Baytowne shops and restaurants. There is a huge balcony with plenty of seating. There is night time entertainment so we used the balcony each night and listed to music. You could not hear the music from inside though so don’t worry about it being distracting or annoying. Pool area is really pretty wetting lots of tropical gardens surrounding it. Location of unit to parking area is great...just steps from it. Very secure area with building and parking codes. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo good location

My issues were very uncomfortable mattresses, very cheap toilet paper and the place wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The vents were moldy, the washing machine was moldy, the a/c filters hadn’t been changed in a very long time, ceiling fans were COATED with dust and lint

Baytowne Wharf

The unit was just as described BEAUTIFUL. The master bed could be a little more comfortable but the secondary beds were fine. The location can be a blessing and evil if you are a lite sleeper. Because it is located in the village the late night music could keep you up. Suggest ear plugs! Otherwise it is around everything you want to visit during your stay.. The mornings are wonderful to sit out on the large patio eat breakfast and drink coffee.

San Destin

Couldn’t figure out door locking system. Called the management company and had to wait over an hour for a response while friends waited. Couldn’t leave our things in an unlocked unit. Suggest instructions for operation of door locks and remotes for TVs. Living area rug needs to be replaced. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

Our only complaint is that directly in front of our balcony, Baytown was doing heavy construction and renovations. The large dump trucks filled with gravel started at 7:30am each morning! And constant beeping of the backhoe all day. The view from our balcony was not appealing due to construction. If the rental agency had told us this was going on only a few feet from the unit, we would not have rented it.

252-4 Review - Girls 50th Bday Celebration

Location was fantastic! Right in the middle of all the action and easy access to all restaurants and bars. Loved that we were able to view the shows from the balcony! The balcony was so spacious and shaded almost all of the time. The main living room and master were decorated beautifully! A few suggested items would have made the trip much more convenient. No one could find the trash chute. Asked other neighbors and couldn’t find it so perhaps spelling that out in instructions would be helpful. Also we only had 2 trash bags for a weeks stay which was a bit minimalistic for a vacation condo. A few staple spices (salt, pepper, cooking spray), aluminum foil and Saran Wrap would be great. Perhaps adding a few beach chairs for use at the beach, some larger towels (the bath towels were fairly small) and a full length mirror in the second double bedroom would be helpful for guests staying in that room. We would like to give props to Venture Found who was so accommodating, responsive and helpful during our stay. It made the entire process and trip so easy. Thanks for a great stay and adventure.

My wife and I arrived later than expected. Once we figured out where we were suppose to go we made it to the condo which was under expectations to say the least. The door code let us in but when we went to retrieve the remainder of our luggage the door would not lock. We called for assistance and someone from the support line asked to repeat the same process 4x with not a different result. As we waited for a solution, I checked my email and noticed a service request had already been submitted for the cable service being inoperative. In the request, they wanted to know when someone would be in the unit between this and that time, a 4 hour hour window I believe. As I started to get frustrated, I began to walk around the unit and noticed that the cleanliness was below par. My wife, who was communicating with the support staff asked me to turn on some lights. I proceeded to flip switches and quickly realized roughly half of the lights were operational throughout the unit. At this point, my wife asked to speak with a manager and was told no, you may not speak with a manager. When we asked why we were told they were attending to other tasks (based on our experience I can see why). We left the unit roughly 30 minutes after we arrived and went to another place we had stayed in the past. We were greeted promptly and our expectations were met. The next morning we called back, again, and asked to speak to a manager...and again we were told NO. We will never consider contacting this organization again in the future. This has nothing to do with VRBO. This has to do with Venture. I hope that this review helps VRBO in vetting business's they cooperate with as well as the Host who employees Venture.

Quick Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family trip. The beach is just a quick ride away and dining/entertainment steps away. We were able to watch the Pirate Night show and enjoy movie night all from our incredibly spacious balcony. We will definitely be booking this property in the future, but will bring a noise machine for the bedrooms since Rum Runners stays open later on the weekends.

The Place To Be!!!

Best balcony to view fireworks! Wonderful condo! Only drawback was parking on busy nights. We had a code to get to private parking but the private parking was not so private. Many cars did not have the parking pass in their vehicle so it caused people that did have the pass to go without. I think people might have shared codes with friends that were not suppose to park. I walked through one part of parking……4 out of 10 cars did not have a pass. If they would monitor the parking more closely it would make it so much better. No pass no park. Other than that the condo was excellent. Pool was terrific! Lots of food and fun in the village area. Great places to walk. Excellent workout room! Such a fun and wonderful place to stay! We will be back!
