Fun!

Comfortable, clean and easy to communicate with property manager. It's a wonderful location. You can golf cart your way to so many places, including beach access. We'll stay again soon.

Slice of Heaven

This Villa had a beautiful layout and was very clean. Such a tranquil place to be. Relaxing on the patio or having fun at the pool was a tough decision. I told my Husband, I would love to live here. We would definitely recommend this property. Looking forward to coming back!

Just what we needed

Our family had such a wonderful time staying at this villa. We loved being on the lake and not on the beach. It was quiet, not crowded, and the golf cart made getting to the beach and bayside so easy and fun! The property was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the space was perfect for our family of four. We hope to be back and are so grateful for the memories we made here this summer!

Beachwalk Villa 5127

My husband and I had a wonderful Anniversary trip! The condo was in excellent condition and exactly as pictured. Our favorite amenity was the golf cart. We enjoyed the beach, pool, shopping and even got in a round of golf. Our host was easy to communicate with by text. Check in & out was a breeze. We will be back!

We loved this condo!

We had a great time going to the pool which was super close to the condo. We had a fun time riding the golf cart to the beach, through the tunnel and to the shops. We had fun playing mini-golf too! It was fun getting ice cream. We enjoyed watching Disney plus and Netflix. The condo was clean, spacious and quiet. We loved this condo!

The place is beautiful

There is so much to do around there, we loved just relaxing at the near pool or fishing the lake. I wish there was just ceiling lights since it gets dark so early in the winter lamps don’t let enough light in the room. The place is great though and would definitely come back!

Great location.

Overall a great experience at this rental. Place was clean, and next to the pool was very convenient, golf cart was a plus. Very helpful in moving around the sandestin resort. I would definitely consider staying here once again in the near future.

Bad Management

First off you have to download an app instead of just communicating on Vrbo, they do not respond to messages through the app so it is definitely not for 2 way communicating. However, the Manager did not respond to any form of communication. We checked in on Monday after traveling for 2 days already, by Tuesday we had 3 days of dirty laundry including beach wear and towels. I put my laundry in Tuesday morning and started the washer and it would not work, called maintenance and found out they already knew it was broken. They did not fix the washing machine while we were there or offer any solutions or compensation. The thing that angers me the most is that they did not even give me a heads up that the washer was broken. I would NEVER and I truly mean NEVER knowingly rent a vacation home without a washer and dryer, especially for a beach vacation. It's been 3 days and management has still not contacted me to apologize or offer a refund for false/broken amenities. I will never book here again. The fees are ridiculous and the communication and courtesy of management is non existent. The good qualities of the property to me do not out way the lack of respect.

Great location and quiet condo

We loved staying here for the fourth of July weekend. It was clean and walking distance to the beach and just a short drive (about a mile) to shops and restaurants. nice little courtyard and patio overlooking a pond.

Great location for family beach vacation!

The property was beautiful with great access to the beach. With kids, this is always a blessing. The home was very clean and the perfect size for my family of 5. We loved having a golf cart big enough for our family. The small things matter when it comes to vacations. We only had a couple of issues. I emailed a question to the property owner the day of check-in and didn't receive an email back for days. It wasn't an emergency but a quicker response would have been better. And the parking was rough for the first few days. There were times when there wasn't enough parking for the vehicles and golf carts. There was no where to park the golf cart except for on the grass or out in the road and both of those options are against resort rules. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this resort in mind for our future stays!

Better than expected!

Last minute booking for a week long stay. The photos looked nice, and the location seemed close-enough to the beach. When we got there, the property was very clean and comfortable. The golf cart ride to the beach was 2-3 minutes to the beach. Will stay here again!
