Central Spot

The property was super easy to reach the parkway, plus walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded promptly. The house was a perfect size and comfortable. We would stay again!

Nice stay

Excellent location. Easy walk (4mins) to the beach. Plenty of room in the house and a lot of kitchen utensils made for good meal preparation. Communication with owners was quick and resolved anything we had questions about. Pool was heated (November stay) and kids loved it. Recommend staying here.

Girls Weekend

Stayed here with my best friends & we couldn’t have picked a better spot. House, beds & bedrooms were big & we all fit comfortably. The location is absolutely perfect & the entire area was very nice. The host was very quick to reply & very kind. Will 100% be coming back!

Perfect location. Close to public beach access and tons of shops and restaurants. Super convenient having own private pool. Plenty of space for two small families. There was noticeable wear and tear on the floors, walls, decor, etc that I wish would have been noted up front. Not a deal breaker just something to keep in mind.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved The Art House! Listing was exactly as described, kitchen fully stocked, lots of room to sleep. House was beautifully decorated with amazing art pieces. Perfect location, close to shopping and about a 5 minute walk to the beach! Hosts were very responsive anytime we had questions. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Good Trip to the Beach

The location is nice, just a few blocks to the beach. Rent a golf cart and you can go about anywhere you need without having to get in your car. Plus it will keep the sand out of your car. Needed some things and the host had them sent right over. Great Time!

Everything was perfect!

House was so cute and cozy. Owner communication was excellent! House was clean and absolutely no sand In the house. Which we were so surprised given the beach was a short walk away. Definitely would recommend!

Nice stay, good value

Overall this was a nice stay and we would do again. However there were some minor issues/suggestions we have to make this a better experience for guests in the future. - pool was pretty dirty upon arrival and bottom of pool concrete was deteriorating. Could pose risks to users - shower drain was clogged upon arrival - communication from host was great, but very excessive. Host made sure to assert house rules repeatedly, which we felt was unnecessary and overbearing.

50th Anniversary stay

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Miramar Beach it was my husband and I 50th Wedding Anniversary. About the house, cleaning wasn't the best , lots of dust , curtains in the master bath needs washed. the couch was ripped and looked like it was fixed temperary. Location was good . the mulch around the pool had paper and watermelon rinds in it , I picked all of trash up . when we arrived all 3 trash cans were full and were out by the road , looking like the previous guest hadn't taken the trash out at all during their stay would I stay at this house again? Probably not , for the price anyway
