This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, quartz counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout. Pool Size: 6' X 8'. The neighborhood also features a large community pool. The beach front lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of is at your fingertips!

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren't your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! If you grow tired of the surf and sand take a dip in the Frangista Beach community pool located in the center of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street.

The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long! (Just 5 minutes east of Frangista Beach)

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

I would advise those considering this house to bring toiletries with you. For the first time in renting a nice beach house, we had no body wash and just a small bar of soap per bathroom. There were no napkins and only four placemats for dining. I also thought it was in need of a touch up. The master bath's tile was dingy and chipped.

Great location and the house was very clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. The elevator was extremely helpful when my 93 year old father came for a week. Frangista Beach management was extremely helpful and prompt with attention to our request to tighten a stair railing and replace a light bulb that had burned out. This was our third year returning to Frangista Beach but the first time we rented a house on the beach. Thank-you Hector at the management company for all your assistance, you made the process of renting and staying in one of your houses easy.

We have been staying in the area for over 20 years using other rental agencies and by far, this one has been the best. The location is fantastic with gorgeous views of the gulf from each balcony. The home was very clean. Not a piece of sand to be found anywhere upon arrival. And for a pet friendly home there was no pre-existing damage or smells. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a great time. Other pet rentals we have stayed at in the past you definitely knew they were pet friendly upon arrival, not this home! Nicely appointed furnishings, beds were comfortable with clean linens, ample towels and a fully stocked kitchen with a few amenities like dish soap etc. to get you through the first day or so. So, if your staying make sure you shop for your daily needs. It was so nice having lunch and dinner every night on the balcony. We ate out only a few times and picked up fresh fish at Destin Ice and grilled most meals at home with the outdoor grill. Miramar is a very nice quiet area with everything you need within reach and even walking distance-It's why we always come back! We stayed early January and the weather was great. Walked the beach everyday and had the most relaxing vacation we have had in years! Neighboring vacationers on both sides very friendly and vacationing with their dogs too! Very pleased with our stay! Looking forward to coming back!

The mgmt staff was very helpful & answered all our questions. This was a different stay for us, we've never rented a house before but would highly recommend it. We've always done beach condos. The living room space was a little small for the 11 of us and 3 babies but we made it work. The bunk room does not have direct access to a bathroom so that was a little inconvenient, but again, we made it work. All the parking in this community is very limited so parking 4 cars was very tight in a rental that could sleep up to 16+ people. Limited parking made unloading and loading difficult. But all of us had a wonderful time and we would consider staying here again if it fits our needs in the future. We've always stayed closer to Destin so this was our first time in Miramar and we really enjoyed the area, still close enough to the traditional things we like to do!

Stayed in late may with my husband's family, including my in-laws, a great uncle, 4 of us adults in our 30's and 4 little boys aged 21 months-5 years old. It is clean, and great location. Kitchen has everything you need (including plastic plates for the littles!) but no Frills. 3 older boys slept in the downstairs bunk room, which was fun but the fact that they have to go into the downstairs master to use the restroom is challenging with 3-5 year olds. Several of the beds in this house were really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom tile has been resurfaced and is starting to peel in the smaller bathrooms, upstairs master suite no issues. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but our little guys loved it and played in it every day. Management company is awesome and very responsive to any issues. Overall would maybe recommend this house for kids that are a bit older (and can go up one flight of stairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night).

Our only issue was the beach was super crowded , even it being private but I think everyone had brought multiple families this time so it seemed way to crowded but tolerable . The clientele sets the mood and we had fun. The home could use some updates if you’re picky but didn’t prevent a fantastic time from being had. Bring your own toys for the kids , there’s no closet that houses anything like that. I’ve paid less for more and more for less and I’m a critic by nature. You won’t beat the location to local drug stores, restaurants, etc.The main road is about 30 feet from the house and is loud at night til they quiet down a bit. Alvin’s Island beach store is literally across the street so if you go buy stuff when you’re buzzed and tired of the beach, have at it !! We will be back !!

We loved staying here. The location was fantastic. Waking up to a great view of the ocean and being just steps away from the beach every day was so nice. The house was very clean and had everything needed to cook there when we didn't want to go out. Will definitely be back!
