One step inside this recently remodeled vacation home is all you will need to take in its beauty and vibrance. Step inside and take a few moments to simply “Live Life”. The beautiful three story pet friendly home, located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, is sure to impress. The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 people. It is located only one block from private deeded beach access!

The first floor boasts an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with new appliances, new counters and fresh paint throughout. You will feel like you are living the life of luxury as you lounge on the comfortable living room couches or have a seat around the 5 person kitchen bar area and take part in group conversations. The 4 person dining table ensures everyone can dine together and join in on the celebration. The large patio in the back provides the utmost sense of tranquility, while the home’s multiple private balconies offer a place of solitude at the end of the day.

The second floor is where you will find the master suite, featuring a king bed and private balcony. It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower that will leave you refreshed and feeling like you just left the spa with the rainfall shower head. The second floor is also home to one of the guest bedrooms with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The other guest bedroom is a bunk room, featuring a twin over full bunk set. It is located on the third floor as well as a full bathroom and a second private balcony.

After a little rest time indoors, take a short stroll to the community pool (heated seasonally*) or walk one block to the beach and sink your toes into the white sugar sand that makes the Emerald Coast famous. It's also just a short walk to local restaurants with gulf front dining, such as Whale's Tail and Pompano Joes. What are you waiting for? Pack up your things and come live life!
