You have to be there

Hotel is nice, in very good location. Rooms are very comfortable and good equiped. All is PERFECTLY clean. Breakfest are great, really worth of attention. People are very nice and helpful. The must in Minsk.

We stayed in a family room. The hotel is very quiet and clean, staff was friendly and polite. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and old town. The only downside there is no elevator that stops on the 2nd floor and we had a few heavy suitcases. But got some help with carrying them to the room from the hotel staff.

Bra överlag. Fint hotellrum till rimligt pris med helt ok läge. Personalen var väldigt vänlig men hade lite svårt med engelskan. Problematiskt att inte kunna betala med kort (på grund av sanktioner).

Higly recommended

I like this hotels along with my family! Service, room service and stuff, including administrator and waitrose are the best! Conditionals is like old hotel after good repair. From one side you see everything new, but then you look at the windows and they like from 90th. Breakfast is good! Entrance through something like karaoke and night club, that not giving you to enter nice and calm, cause next to the entrance always crowd and music. Will be back anyway, cause most of the things was just perfect!

Points négatifs: -paiement du séjour en devise locale (BYN) au check-in et non au check-out ! -pas d'indication que MasterCard/Visa émis dans l’UE non valides -odeurs d’eaux usées parfois dans la salle de bains Points positifs: personnel à l’écoute et serviable 2 bouteilles d’eau (50 cl) offertes chaque jour nettoyage journalier de la chambre, même si on la quitte en début d’après-midi Au sujet du problème des cartes de crédit non valables, l’hôtel doit signaler qu’il accepte Visa/MasterCard mais uniquement celles émises dans certains pays. Je me suis vu refuser l'accès à la chambre au check-in à 23:00 tant que je ne paye pas en BYN. J’ai dû marcher à un autre hôtel qui avait un bureau de change ouvert 24/7 pour échanger USD/EUR à une heure avancée, sans quoi, je n’aurais plus eu qu’à dormir dans la rue. Je croyais rêver…

I had a wonderful stay - friendly staff, cleanness if the room and convenient location with a lot of places for dinner and entertainment. I appreciate help from administrators - laddies were always helpful. I also suggest to try a massage in the hotel - nice professional session restored me after the long day

Tolle Zimmer, netter Service, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Minibar war etwas laut, aber da wir eh nichts brauchten, haben wir einfach den Stecker gezogen. Schöner Ort um die Innenstadt von hier aus (auch zu Fuß) zu erkunden!
