The staff was helpful in moving our bags and the shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient. We would definitely stay again. "

"I absolutely loved my The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis downtown. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was beyond amazing. Water pressure in the shower was great and I saw no signs of mold. The carpet was well vacuumed, no crumbs. I woke up in the middle of the night, super thirsty and remembered there were complementary water bottles in my room. Plus the hotel was extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant smelled amazing. I’ll be staying here every time i come back to Minneapolis. Beyond happy with my stay"

Awesome continental breakfast, generous checkout time (12pm), two indoor swimming pools and two hot tubs w/ towel service, and most importantly a safe walkway to Mall of America. Additionally, there is a TGI Friday’s and IHOP attached to the hotel."
