On our first night we never received check in instructions. We emailed and called with no response. We had to call VRBO and they also tried contacting the owner of the property with no reply. Finally at 10:30pm we were told we had to find our own hotel for the night and we would be refunded for our hotel expense. The owners responded the next morning and gave us check in instructions. That night we go to our place and the instructions had told us to use the lock box on the door frame to get the key. There is no lock box on the door frame. We have to call them and find out the lock box is gone and the key is in a different spot. It was just a lot of unnecessary hassle and kind of ruined the night. We got to bed very late and had plans early in the morning.
When you pull up to this place, the building itself looks very ghetto and sketchy. Inside of the apartment is very nice and very clean. The parking was very limited due to road construction on the side street.
