***** House Rules & Important Information *****

→ Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Registered guests only. No visitors, events, or parties.
→ Minimum booking age: 25.
→ Dogs welcome (maximum 3) with approval and fee. Flea/tick prevention required. Dogs must stay off furniture, be cleaned before entry, and supervised outdoors. Property is not fenced; guest assumes full responsibility for pets.
→ No smoking, fireworks, firearms, ATVs, dirt bikes, or driving on grass or fields.
→ Outdoor amenities (hot tub, creek, pond, hammocks, fire pit) are used at guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
→ Mountain location: gravel roads and seasonal weather may impact access. AWD/4WD recommended during winter or inclement weather.
→ Exterior security cameras with audio and video recording are in use. No interior cameras.
→ Starter supplies are provided as a courtesy and are not replenished. Trash must be bagged and secured to avoid wildlife.

By booking, Guest agrees to comply with all House Rules and the full Rental Agreement.
Typically, four-wheel drive is not required to access the property. However, during the winter months, weather conditions can change quickly. In the event of snow or ice, we strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle equipped with four-wheel or all-wheel drive and using appropriate caution.
