Creek View Casita - A Detached Studio on Hot House Creek!

Creek View Casita is a perfect retreat for 2, plus we welcome your furry family member with a pet fee. This unique living area offers a comfortable queen bed, a quaint breakfast nook, a lounging area, and a full bath (tub/shower).
The top of the “Casita” is the VRBO. The bottom of the building we do not rent. This building is not attached to the main home. There is a shared creekfront area with a fire pit. We are conveniently located to McCaysville and Downtown Blue Ridge.

Amazing little getaway

The river and fire pit is awesome. The cabin is perfect and super comfortable. There is great hiking within an hour. Great stay!

Wonderful

Perfect place to stay near Blue Ridge. Very hospitable hosts provide special touches to make your stay comfortable. Lovely outdoor area by beautiful creek. Landscaping is beautiful. We would stay here again.here

Birthday getaway

I took my wife to Blueridge to ride the train and spend a night away from home. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot for the night. The property is beautiful and you have access to a very peaceful firepit area right beside a creek. We would definitely stay here again

Great little place in the river

Very quaint and really sweet set up on the river. Little off the dirt road so it seemed a bit questionable driving up but once you make it on property it was epic. Thanks so much!

Blue Ridge

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as listed. Very cozy and quiet. Deanna was very helpful with restaurant options and the dogs were very friendly. The river was beautiful. The sound of the water is calming. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Best Studio Cabin for 2 in the area!

Gorgeous property with awesome rung creek at the back with a great sitting area. The studio is perfect! With a smart layout, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Within 15 minutes to Blue Ridge and McCaysville. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Getaway at it’s finest

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The cabin was upstairs and smelled wonderful and the hosts literally thought of everything you would need! We met them both and they were both so kind! The back fire pit area was phenomenal! Listening to the creek, sunset and then all the solar lighting made it stunning! 10/10 will definitely stay here again!

So Lovely

Serene and welcoming, this was a perfect getaway. The owners took care to see that all the needs of their guests would be met from coffee and half n half to Q-tips and a blow dryer to a guitar and medical kit. The patio by the babbling creek was private and so beautiful, and ready for a fire if wanted. Comfortable and cozy, a quiet, relaxed stay.

A Very Special Place

This was a wonderful hidden “secret”! It was the most well-appointed property I have ever stayed in, they truly thought of everything. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck by the river, and watching the fireflies come out in the evening. Unfortunately, it was too hot for a fire. So welcoming to us and our fur baby. Will definitely stay there again when in that area!

Charming Guest House on Creekside Property

An absolute gem of a place to stay. The property has been lovingly kept up by its gracious owners. All of the details were attended to: from the fully stocked coffee station to the fire pit filled with wood for fire after we returned from dinner. The owners made us feel welcome right away, introducing themselves, supplying complimentary beverages and putting chairs into the creek where we could soak our feet. Cannot say enough good things about this place. We would give it more stars if we could!

Calming Cabin Oasis with Beautiful landscaping

We were beyond satisfied with our stay at the cabin. The owner put great effort in making every detail perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat. The babbling creek in the back of the property was just perfection to sip coffee by. The landscaping of the property was exceptional. I opened the cabin door to such fresh, mountain aromas and it was delightful to be around such beautiful grounds. In addition to feeling right at home in the cabin, we were close to Blue Ridge and really got to make the most of our short stay. I would 100% stay there again and already recommended it to family.

Just Perfect

This rental is truly exceptional! Shannon supplies you with everything you could possibly need. It was luxurious including thick towels, scented candles, and specialty lotions and soaps. The place and grounds are meticulously clean and well cared for. The photos really don't do it justice. Shannon and her daughter greeted us and were super friendly. This is the place to stay if you are in the area!

Livin' Casita Loca!

Had the best time in Blue Ridge and McCaysville. The casita was perfect and exactly as pictured and described. I played the guitar by the window, enjoyed local beers in the fridge, and our dog felt at home in the room and on the property. We mentioned we wanted to build a fire the second evening, and when we returned from town they had a fire built and waiting for us by the creek. Perfect distance to drive to either Blue Ridge or McCaysville from the property. Thank you for everything!

Shannon and Deanna are the most welcoming and accommodating hosts! They were super responsive and the Casita was so darling. It was very clean and cozy and had everything we thought we could've needed. Not to mention, the free beers! Who doesn't love that? The creek view was absolutely serene and we spent so much of our time relaxing next to the water and admiring the scenery. Pictures absolutely do not do this lovely place justice. I stayed with a friend and we had a difficult time parting ways with the beautiful area. We were already planning our next trip back before we even left and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful place and beautiful area! Close to towns of Blue Ridge and McCaysville. The casita was so quiet and relaxing and well cared for. The bed and seating was comfortable. It had everything we needed! We very much enjoyed our visit and plan on returning in the future.

We enjoyed staying here for our trip to Blue Ridge. The bed is very low. So if you have trouble getting up at night, it might be a problem.
