Apartamento en 1a linea de playa

Apartamento muy bien situado para no tener que coger el coche para ir a la playa. Se puede salir con solo el bañador y la toalla y en 1 min estas en la playa. Nos hubiera gustado que la wifi hubiera sido gratuita, ya que con 2 adolescentes los datos del roaming volaron :--( Pero la casa muy bien, con todo lo necesario para poder estar sin echar nada menos.

Geringer Meerblick, Baustelle gleich neben dem Haus, Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus, sehr übler Geruch immer wieder durch nahegelegene Papierfabrik, sehr touristisch ausgelegt, für Familien mit Kindern nur zum Badeurlaub geeignet, keine Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe , in dem Appartement viel liegengebliebene Sachen , wird nicht entsorgt , sehr freundliche Einheimische

Sehr gute Wohnung in herrlicher Lage direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Recht gepflegt, mit guter Ausstattung ( bis auf fehlende Salatschüssel(n) und altersschwachem Backofen). Sanitäreinrichtung gepflegt im französischen Standart. Werden wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Leider war der Rollo vom kleinen Fenster(Südlage) defekt, konnte nicht herabgelassen werden. Auch die große Fensterfront im Wohnbereich ließ sich sehr schwer bedienen, ein Abschließen war nicht möglich. Die Tür des Lagerraumes hing aus den Angeln. Die Lage ist top, nette Mitbewohner und immer das Meer im Ohr. Die Treppe zum Appartement ist für Menschen mit Behinderungen, Senioren und sperrigen Gegenstände nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. 2 Podeste zwischendrin würden sehr helfen.

Gute Urlaubsunterkunft

Die Wohnung ist wie immer ordentlichen und da wir schon zum 3. Mal hier waren ist das Klappsofa im Wohnraum immer noch in dem selben schlechten Zustand wie beim ersten mal. Inzwischen hat das Personal in der Reiseagentur zwar gewechselt,die freundliche hilfsbereite Herzlichkeit ist nicht gewichen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub 2022 in Mimizan Plage.

Magnifique vue sur l’océan! Appartement superbe. a

Merveilleux ! Vue magnifique dur l’océan ! L’appartement est moderne et en harmonie avec les couleurs de l’océan : deco en différents tons de bleus et sable.., quelle merveille! On se sent apaisé ! En plus il est bien équipé : lave vaisselle et lave linge.Le plus, deux terrasses: une face à l’océan et une autre plus à l’abri, à l’est. Un seul point négatif : en front de mer, quand on tient à sa voiture, mieux vaut la garer quelques centaines de mètres loin de l’océan!!!!

Große geräumige Unterkunft, leider nicht sehr sauber, da Endreinigung überhastet und verspätet und Vormieter ihre Pflichten (Geschirr säubern und Kühlschrank) nicht sehr ernst genommen haben. Ausstattung gut, Matratzen könnten härter sein, sehr gute Lage zum Meer und toller Meerblick. Für Meerliebhaber, das Rauschen ist immer zu hören. W-Lan extrem teuer. Balkonmöbel sind deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig. Spartanischer Liegestuhl, wackliger Tisch und unbequeme Stühle. Bei Ostwind übler Geruch.

Komfortable Unterkunft an schöner Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, schöne Lage, recht sauber und gute Infrastruktur. Dank den 2 Balkonen sowohl Morgen- als auch Abendsonne. Verhältnismässig teuer.

Tolle Lage der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist im guten Zustand. Einige Dinge sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das 2er Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist durchgelegen, ein Lattenrost verbogen und bei einem fehlt eine Latte. Die Schiebetüren der Wandschränke quietschen beim Auf- und Zumachen und in der Dachrinne nach hintenraus wachsen schon Blumen sodass es bei Regen auf den Balkon prasselt(Bodenbelag gerissen). Die Reiseleitung vor Ort ist wie immer TOP, XXX im Haus auch.

Nice little apartment for a few days break with excellent sea views. Generally a peaceful location and not too far to walk into the center of town. We would go back for another short break.
