Check in process was easy, although, there was a dirty towel hanging in bathroom when I arrived and garbage not taken out from last stay.

So far our stay has been adequate, but disappointing. Occasionally, bathroom smells like sewer gas, amenities in the apartment have been nonexistent and have to be asked for (i.e. coffee pot, bathroom tissue…etc.) and facility constantly smells like a cafeteria. Facility is marginally adequate, but we will not be using this venue again.
