Weekend Getaway
Four friends had a wonderful time at Black Walnut Tree Farm. The space was amazing! There was plenty of spaces that we could hang out together, but also we each had areas that we could retreat to. The kitchen was well-stocked ands spacious, the large living room had many comfortable seats around the fire, and there was a great sunroom where we could sit and play games. The grounds were huge and one could easily get lost walking around the property. We all loved the place and are collectively (and individually) planning our next trip.

Great house!
A group of friends joined me to stay at this great house. Everything was perfect. Lots of bedrooms and 4 bathrooms kept everyone comfortable. The house is incredibly homey with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We liked it so much we extended our stay. I would love to come back.

WEDDING WEEKEND
I rented this property for the weekend for myself and my groomsmen. We had a great weekend just hanging out. The weather was great and we enjoyed just sitting in the backyard and hanging out. Too bad we didn't have enough time to use the BBQ or explore the grounds.

Milton turnpike surprise
We love this property! It was clean, well taken care of, rambling, super spacious, and loads of fun. If the occasion presented itself, I would come back in a heartbeat.

beautiful property, wonderful stay
We were two families of four that got together for a four day trip and this house was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed. And beautiful! My only complaint was that the pond didn't feel exactly swimmable - it was a bit murky for that. But, it was gorgeous to look at, the frogs were sonorous, and the lightening bugs it attracted were spectacular. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay. Front porch swings and back patio grilling were outstanding.

Well equipped, comfortable, rustic home
We found this home to be perfect for our needs and would definitely come again if in the area. Grandparents, 3 and 5 year olds and mom and dad all had space and enough privacy in this big comfortable home. Kitchen, baths, game cabinet, firewood were all very well stocked. The property was huge and allowed us to be outside much of the time. The one thing that I might change: there are no window treatments in the bathrooms. While this offers a fantastic view of the back yard during the day, it might be uncomfortable after dark. Because the property is large and secluded, only your family would be in position to see in.
