Its elevated position offers tranquil sea views toward the port while remaining conveniently close to the airport and the island’s most celebrated beaches and geological landmarks, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.



Neritha Suite combines contemporary minimalism with materials and colours inspired by the island’s volcanic landscape, creating a serene atmosphere defined by clean lines, soft textures and natural light. The interior spans approximately 40–42 sqm and opens onto a generous 60 sqm outdoor living area where guests can unwind in total privacy. A private swimming pool measuring approximately 5.5m x 10m forms the centrepiece of the terrace, complemented by sun loungers, shaded seating and garden surroundings that enhance the sense of seclusion.



Inside, the suite offers a refined open-plan layout with a comfortable sitting area, dining space and kitchenette, alongside a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Thoughtful comforts include air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee facilities, bathrobes and slippers, beach and pool towels, a safe deposit box and daily housekeeping. A sofa bed provides flexible accommodation, while a welcome bottle of wine adds a hospitable touch on arrival.



Guests benefit from complimentary private parking and Wi-Fi throughout, as well as daily maid service and luggage storage. Airport shuttle transfers, bicycle rental and car hire can be arranged at an additional cost, while wine and champagne service is also available upon request. The seasonal outdoor pool area features sun loungers, umbrellas and a shallow section suitable for relaxed bathing.



The suite welcomes guests aged 14 and above. Extra beds for adults may be provided upon request at EUR 100 per person per night, subject to availability. No cots are available.
