  • The stonehouse is located in the base of the traditional village of Tripiti and it is very charming, traditional style house, made of local volcanic stones. It is an independent house, of three bedrooms with a double-bed, sitting area, kitchen-dining area, living room and two bathrooms. The villa “Yiota” about 125 square meters, can host five persons. From the veranda you can enjoy the panoramic view to the main village of Triovasalos. The nearest sea is about 1 km away at the most picturesque fishing village of Klima which was the islands first port. The scenic beauty of Klima is due to its syrmata, the fishermen houses that are carved into the rocks and have bright coloured wooden doors.
    Fantastic view, ideal for relaxation and dreams.
    If you like walking, some of the basic paths of the island start from the house and connect with other villages, beaches and archaeological sites.
    It is only five minutes away from the center of the village of Tripiti, where you can enjoy gastronomic dishes at the snack-bars and restaurants of the village. In a nearby distance you can visit the Catacombs and the Ancient Theater on foot.
    Only 15 minutes on foot away from the traditional village of Plaka”, the island’s capital, where you can walk in picturesque tiled alleysand and 20 minutes walking from the imposing Venetian “Castle”, dated from the 13th century, from where you can enjoy idyllic sunsets with beautiful colors and the panoramic view to the island’s bay, as well as to neighboring Cycladic islands.
    5 minutes away on foot, you can find “Triovasalos” and “Pera Triovasalos” where you can find the major commercial activity of the island.
    The entire house will be left to you and you can contact me at any time to make your stay as lovely as possible.
    Guests are expected to treat the house as if it was their home.
    I just ask that my guests treat the property with as much love as I have put into it and to enjoy their stay in one of the most beautiful islands of Greece.

Stone house in Milos

Fantastic stay! The house was huge and had heaps of space for 5 adults. Fully equipped with everything you’d need, including laundry and kitchen supplies which made staying for a week really easy. Huge balcony overlooking the island with a great spot for meals outside. There were even beach umbrellas we could use. Panagiota and Marcus live upstairs so were really easy to get hold of and happy to help with any issues or questions, and the house was cleaned daily. The location was ideal- only a few km from the port (and parking space for a car or scooter) and then walking distance to Trypiti and Plaka for good restaurants and cafes. There’s a good bakery and big supermarket about 1km down the road towards the port. Very pleasant stay and would definitely come back! :-) Thanks again! Sabina

Super séjour en septembre 2019

Maison très agréable située non loin des commerces. Une voiture ou un quad sont quand même nécessaires afin de pouvoir se déplacer facilement. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute du moindre désir des visiteurs. Je recommande chaudement.
