「Checking in is a hit or miss depending on when you get there. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and the beds are comfy. Rooms are usually a far walking distance from your parking spot depending on where you are staying at, lots of stairs to go up and down from. The pool is also usually far from the room and parking spot. Sometimes you have to drive to it. Communication with staff was spot on and quick as well! We have stayed here many times throughout the years and will probably continue to...

「This was one of the best stays we’ve had in years. Immediately after checking in for our one night stay we looked around and requested a second night and the process was seamless. Wendy greeted me in the office and made check-in and the adjustment so simple. We met Vinny (the maintenance/cleaner) and he was the most polite, helpful and attentive hotel worker we have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a trip. The rooms were cozy, super clean, and the access to the river was an added bonus....

The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake.」

「A group of us was tubing the river nearby and decided to stay a night rather than drive four hours home and we are glad we did! At least for our experience, everything was great! The hot tub and pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfy and the room we had fit four people comfortably. However, I think it is near a railroad because we would hear a train throughout the night but besides that, we slept fine. There is multiple food options near by as well. 」
