スタッフ、特に受付の若い女性が、とても明るく、楽しそうに、来客の皆に、分け隔てなく話しかけてくださる、その様子がとても素敵でした。朝食のみの提供ですが、5時からのワイン、チーズ、フルーツの提供や、7時からの焼き立てのクッキーの提供なと、とても楽しませてくださいました。景色の美しい、静かな、素敵なホテルでした。出来れば、また、行きたいです。

Great launching point for wine country weekend. Cheese and wine every evening, followed by chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast was nice as well.

So close to the Golden Gate Bridge if going to San Francisco. Close to the highway if going North (Napa, Sonoma etc). Quiet and with a great peaceful view. Super friendly personnel. Would definitely go back.

This is one of my favorite hotels! The staff if just the best. Margee the front desk clerk couldn’t be sweeter. She’s so helpful and just amazing! From 5pm-7pm in the lobby they serve wine (during our stay there were 9 varieties), 3-4 types of cheese, a nice selection of crackers, sweet grapes and strawberries. There’s sofas & comfy chairs around a huge fireplace and waterfall feature to enjoy yo refreshments at. At around 7:30 they bring out freshly baked warm cookies. The breakfast they serve every morning is absolutely delicious! Everything you can think of. They even have a barista to make specialty coffee drinks and it’s included!! Lots of the rooms have balconies that overlook the beautiful lake out back. In your room you have a mini fridge which comes in very handy. We had a king suite and it was wonderful. The sofa made out into another bed. The bathroom was huge. It hade a large soaking tub and a separate shower with a rain type shower head. There was a tiny mixup with our room which was really not that big of a fdeal and we didn’t mind at all but because the staff are so amazing, they sent up a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolate. The room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable and even the sofa was comfortable to sit on. They even had 2 cozy robes there for us to use. I give Aqua a 10 out of 10. It’s the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed here twice and we will be back again soon!!!!!

Excellent location to mill valley, with clean simply decorated rooms, an excellent breakfast buffet and wine reception, and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff and a great location away from the city but with access to public transit into SF right next door. The rooms were clean with lots of amenities and the view is top notch!

Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly and accommodating staff, wine and cheese reception, including freshly baked cookies in the evenings provided opportunities to socialize with other group. Great hot breakfast in the morning, with eggs, meats, oatmeal bar, pastries and fruit. I would def stay there again.

Amazing staff, amazing views and amazing free breakfast buffet that included espresso coffee bar (all included). I’d say the value of the breakfast alone is $30 per person per day! Stayed in room 110 and was even able to walk the lovely path to an amazing Italian dinner. They also Offer free wine and cheese at happy hour and free bikes and umbrellas. Can’t say enough. Stayed with 3 kids and they offered an additional roll away bed for a $25 fee per night.

We loved the hotel
Family trip to SF. So glad we did not stay in SF. This hotel is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We loved the view from the lobby and our room. Loved the wine & cheese reception and cookies. Breakfast was excellent too. Everyone working there were super friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Great beds pillows and outlook, breakfast is very good too but the rooms need updating, the bathroom vanities faucet and mirrors are all really tired. The lighting isn’t great and for $300 plus it needs to be more up to date I’d stay there again but they really need to refresh the place

Very comfortable place to stay. Almost feels like a bed and breakfast. Delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of fresh made foods, wine and cheese at 6pm, hot cookies in the evening. Coffee and tea available all day. Water available all day. Peaceful estuary to walk around. Bikes to ride on bike path…it’s just easy affordable and super comfortable.

We love that this hotel recognized our wedding anniversary and left a bottle of champagne in our room that was a very nice gesture. The beds were so comfy, the room very clean and not carpet. The heater was so quiet. They have bikes we can use for free and the breakfast was really good. Location was great and overall we love this hotel, will definitely comeback.

Motel is very nice. But some rooms, like mine, highway noise was horrendous. Also up until midnight lots of clanging and crashing noises in the motel. Beds were uncomfortable due to depressions in the mattress. Breakfast was good

Charming hotel in Mill Valley
We had a lovely stay at the Acqua Hotel in Mill Valley. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. This is how hotels should operate - everything from cleanliness to the details behind all the amenities, comfortable beds, bath tub, wine-cheese hour, amazing breakfast. Just a gem of a hotel and can't wait to return.

Best Buffet Breakfast EVER!
Included in the rate is the absolute best self-serve buffet breakfast I've ever had. They have hot items like bacon, Mango chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal (veggie frittata is delicious) and cold items, fresh whole and sliced fruits, muffins, bagels, juices, coffee and tea. My room was comfortable, quiet, looked out to the bay and Mount Tamalpais and there's a nice shoreline walk (I am convinced I saw a sea otter). On Christmas Eve I found a 4-piece box of chocolate at my door--so sweet. Thank you!

maybe the best place in the bay to stay.
most welcoming check in ever, followed by a stay where everone was really happy to work there and it showed, filled with tons of extra little things to make you feel appreciated.
