Family owned spot about 20 minutes from Cooperstown and close to Ommegang Brewery. Super clean and very nice people. Great value.

The absolute perfect place to stay for Cooperstown Dream Park! It had everything you need and was close to the park, allowing us to go back between games. Hotel was quaint, clean and had excellent service. Paul is the best!

This place was amazing. The owner, Paul, could not be more friendly and helpful. He checked on us during our stay to make sure we needed anything. The property is so clean and my son really enjoyed the pool! It’s only 5 minutes to the dream park as well. I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful place to stay!!! Extremely clean!! Best place we’ve stayed at in a long time! Paul was so friendly and helpful! Tastefully decorated, coffee, microwave, toaster oven , plates , nice ceramic mug for our coffee !!! Will definitely return if in this area again!!

The room was very clean and had some nice touches like bottles of water and coffee and a coffee maker. There were plenty of towels. The location was very near to Cooperstown and was surrounded by hills and fields. There were suggestions for restaurants in Cooperstown which was helpful.

We came out to Cooperstown for my sons baseball team. Had a great stay, Paul offered great hospitality. Check-in went smooth, contactless. Check out as well. The motel rooms have a back door and little patio area, really nice scenery and relaxing. Everyone was very nice, seems like Paul works the motel and the gas station. The gas station was super convenient, being that it was in the same lot. Great experience, hoping to come again.

Well designed with thoughtful amenities, 2 queen beds comfortable, exceptionally clean, quiet, Convenience store on the property, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster oven, tv which was easy to use, bedside clock, Leather chair, bathroom had a fan, toiletries, Hooks on door to hang bathrobes etc. wall shelf with towels and hairdryer, basket for used towels, hot shower, two mirrors, comfortable A/C, secure lock for keys and safety, convenient location to restaurants like Jacquis for breakfast and Cooperstown - great value wonderful stay. Nice owner Paul !

Nice surroundings. Pool is small but enjoyable. Clean. Coffee maker & plenty of coffee in room. Centrally located for Cooperstown, Oneonta, and Ommegang Brewery. Useful convenience store on premisice. Owner is attentive & sincere. Very good selection of TV channels, Spectrum, Mets, Yankees, ESPN, etc. Good shower. If you need more ice than that provided by the ice tray in the refrigerator, call the owner and it will be arranged.

Don’t judge your book by its cover.

Upon turning into the parking lot, the sense that it was an old, rundown motel came at first. But when you enter the room, the original feeling quickly goes away. The rooms were incredibly clean, and updated. Check-in was incredibly easy as it was all done through text message, and the lockbox keys. The owner came out and greeted us and thank us for coming to his motel. Each room back door entry with the patio table that you could sit in and enjoy the views of the interest, farmland, and mountains in the background. 10 out of 10.

We stayed here while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Don’t let the word “motel” deter you from staying here. It was VERY clean and the owner sent a text with check in info and responded right away when we locked ourselves out. It was exactly 4 miles to the baseball field which was SO convenient and is behind a small gas station/convenient store which was great for snacks and coffee (there is a coffee make and frig and microwave in room as well.) It was so quiet and we have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend staying here. I stayed her with my 13 yr old son and it was great. I’m glad I opted for the cheaper place to stay but after visiting other team parents places I was glad I did!!! Ours was in my opinion a better choice! Loved our stay. Thanks Paul!

Quaint motel highly recommend

We were in the area with a thousand or so families for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We weren’t excited about staying in a big hotel for 9 days. Based on reviews we chose this small (15 unit) motel with a kitchenette just 5 miles south of the tournament. There is a convenience store in front of the motel. It was very peaceful and quiet. I sat on the patio outside my room and enjoyed the view of the fields and mountains while reading a book. Paul and his dad own the motel and are a picture of hard working people investing in their dream and working hard to insure their guests have a good experience. I would describe the rooms as quaint and would highly recommend booking here. You can make your own breakfast in the room or go to Jackie’s less than a mile north as you head to the baseball park. Paul was an excellent host.

An amazing stay! Always prompt service, Paul was attentive to our every needs. Very convenient to which ever park you’re attending too if you’re going to Dream Park and or All-Star Village for Cooperstown baseball activities. Very quiet, easy access to the main road, and gas station conveniently situated on site. There is a convence store on site if there is a need for last minutes necessaries. I highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet after leaving your kid in one of the baseball sites.
