"My stay at H4 Hotel in Leipzig was absolutely fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, especially the front desk and restaurant staff during the morning and evening. The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was huge, with fresh fruit, vegetables, and delicious coffee. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from a shopping center and a recreation center. It is our favorite hotel when we visit family. "

"Room cold Told to move car to back lot as it was in an electric one even though there are four spaces. No spot available at back so parked beside building. Next morning i see a non electric car parked in the space I was in. Told receptionist this at check out - she offered to reimburse €15 cost but did not know how to refund me. She spoke with her colleague who decided not to offer a refund as I had parked inside. I stated that there was no reason for me to move from my initial parking space and as such was being asked to pay for a parking space I had not got. He didn’t care. "We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."
