How to collect the keys: -Option ‘Flexibility’: you can collect the keys at the Hostmate offices, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. -Option ‘Make an Appointment’. : from 15:00 you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration, which we will confirm as soon as possible. Please note that this service is subject to payment and must be made no later than 18:00 on the day prior to arrival.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
