Check in was quick and straightforward. The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, but the coffee pot could have used a cleaning, and the in-room refrigerator did not seem to work. The location is great as it is close to the metro and trolley lines. Overall, the room was comfortable and I would recommend it to others.

Check in time consuming when you have to go to one place for your keys but that’s not actually the hotel. Access to M5 metro only a 5 minute walk so easy to get around which is good as not much in the immediate vicinity. Room basic and minimal. Beds made but nothing else attended to. Good for a base but not spending any time in

First time staying at this property, but the whole experience was really good. The check in was easy, with clear messaging before we arrived of where to go and the member of staff gave clear instructions on how to find the property/ room we were staying in. The use of key boxes really helped. The location was great, as not right in the centre, be really good access links via the metro. The only small issue was the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Using WhatsApp to message the reception was really good, we had to use it once to get some more toilet roll, which they delivered

The property was clean and well presented, with air conditioning, a mini fridge that was ready stocked with a few complimentary bottles of water and was very useful to store water and milk, a kettle with sufficient supplies of tea, coffee and sugar, on a desk with a chair. The room had 2 single beds and a large sofa bed, and a TV that had Netflix (although I was unable to configure as it seemed to require a PIN/password that I didn’t chase up). There was also an open wardrobe rack that included enough hangers to store clothes. Both single beds had a bedside stand with lamps, with plenty of power outlets (just standard 2 plug ones). The bathroom was also nice and clean, with complimentary mini bottles of bath soap, shampoo and conditioner for each day we were booked in for. A cleaner came by every day to empty the bins, which was definitely needed.

Stanza molto confortevole, bagno molto spazioso e completo.

It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance.
