Modern and very central 65 sqm one bedroom apartment for 4 people, a few steps from Piazza S. Babila and the Duomo. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) and consists of a bedroom, an open kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. Guests also have access to the shared terrace overlooking the city.

The apartment has all the most modern comforts: Wi-Fi with fiber (suitable for smart working), washer dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating and two TVs with Prime and Netflix.



The apartment is furnished with care: the precious oak parquet combines harmoniously with ultra-modern furnishings. Thanks to the large windows, the rooms are very bright. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa that can be turned into a comfortable double bed, a 55-inch smart TV and a table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with all utensils for having lunch or dinner at home. The bedroom with a double bed has a large wardrobe and another flat-screen smart TV. The bathroom has a shower box.

The apartment was super clean and very modern and PERFECTLY located in the heart of Milan. It was steps away from Duomo and shopping. There’s an elevator in the building and check in and check out were seamless. I would definitely stay there again! Also the air conditioning works really well which is important in Italy July!
