We loved this place! Great location in Milan, very clean and modern, and loved the small balcony and view. Great communication from the host. Overall a great experience, we highly recommend this rental and the host!

The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Check-in and check-out were fast, easy and contactless. Added bonus was having a lau dry room right inside the flat with not only a washer but also a dryer. Only downfall is that the mattress in the bedroom although comfortable, was caving in in the center making it difficult for 2 people to sleep through the night. There is a comfortable pullout sofa which was nice to have and use because of this. Apartment is in a great location - a short distance from central train station, restaurants, grocery store, shopping and metro line is conveniently located a short walk away. If we come back to Milano, we will definitely stay here again.

The suite was great and it has everything we need. The staff was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. They allowed extra time for check out due to illness. The only downside was it’s on a busy street so light sleepers would have a hard time. However this is not something the property can control.

The suite is very spacious and spectacular loaded with everything you need to enjoy a great stay! Not to mention the beautiful balcony with the street view. Room service & customer service are amazing too. They are in constant communication with you to ensure your stay is comfortable. Would definately recommend booking with them!

Great city apartment

Very nice and clean apartment, centrally located to the Duomo The company had to change the apartment at the last minute but all communications were clear and helpful and caused no issue.

the host and hotels.com need to have proper coordination. the location of the unit is not as what was stated at hotels.com app. also, the check-in time was stated at 2:00pm and later i was informed that it was 3:00pm. we were at the given address by hotels.com at 3pm but were able to check-in at 4:00 pm coz we had to walk to the real address of the property. the unit was clean and comfortable.

Apartment great but checkin not good.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. I suggest a lockbox or similar would avoid this bad experience.

Confusion with address of actual unit. Unit on hotels.com website is not necessarily the one you stay at.given address to store luggage. Yet not where you stay. By chance, manager in building when we went to check in. 5 min walk to unit. All worked out, but a bit stressful. Unit did have some ants on ground floor

Great location, needs more staff

Travel with the family (2 kids under 12) Great location, just a short walk to Milan’s Cathedral, the Galleria and about one block away from the Scala Clean. The room had a king size bed and a sofa bed, which didn’t had bedding. Had to ask for it and it was just delivered to be done by us. This is an apartment complex with lobby for the residents but not for the tourists, you need to call or schedule with the owners for check in. Only saw the person delivering the keys when arriving. For check out they ask to leave the keys inside the room. Had an issue with the Air Conditioning, when arriving the staff turn in on and told us that it takes a while to cool the room. We went about 4 hours to tour the city and when we came back the room was still warm. Contacted the staff thru messaging (as instructed if anything happened) and they just replied with basic instructions (turn it off for a while and try again, basically). Went back and forward for about an hour and could it not be resolved, had to sleep with the warm temperature (difficult for the kids) after trying (unsuccessfully) to regulate the temperature by opening the window on a rainy night. Talk with them about the issue that night and the following morning with no response. The day after talked to hotels.com support and they were denied any assistance or compensation by the property. We did received a coupon by hotels.com
