A prestigious, spacious and modern property located in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio, Santa Maria delle Grazie, where you can admire Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper, the Navigli district, the Museum of Science and Technology, and much more.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and is ideal for groups, families, business stays or cultural trips.

➤ MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by Vrbo system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.

➤ Upon arrival you will find :
✓ Beds made with fresh and clean bed linen
✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
> Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

➡️ TOURIST TAX - Required by the city of Milan, to pay cash at the arrival - It corresponds to € 9.50 per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS EXEMPT)

This wonderful apartment for short term rent in Milan, is located in a very quiet street of the center.
You’re just a 15-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo - right in the heart of Milan’s historic center - from the most famous streets of the city, including Corso Vercelli (famous for shopping) or Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci.
In less than 10 minutes, you can reach the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie where you can admire the fresco by Leonardo da Vinci, the Cenacolo.

Within walking distance of the apartment, you will find numerous services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and much more.
Twice a week there is the famous market Papiniano, with fresh products.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - the neighborhood is served by the Metro stations of:
