The staff were super nice and helpful but the location of the apartment is HORRIBLE. Area dirty and feels unsafe. Apartment very basic. I feel bad for the great staff but I do not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone.

Wornout and Dirty

The place wasnt clean. spider webs in the seiling. The bed was old and uncomfortable, you could feel the spings. The walls dirty and several places the paint had worn out. The shower was super small and had only an overhead shower. The toilet is very close to the wall so impossible to sit straight. The tap was loose and also missplaced to the facit . There was no air condition, only an old fan we found in a closet that was unstable and noisy. The sheets and towels were old and worn out. luckily we werent in the room that much but calling the room "Junior Suite" was a terrible reach. The internet connection was disconnected and the connected during the time we were there so we just used our own mobile internet. For that price I wish i had booked a hotel instead. Absolutely not worth the price and not at all what you gonna expect looking at their pictures! This place should cost at the most half of what a standard hotelroom costs a night and then I'm being friendly :(

L'appartamento è semplice, grande il giusto, con due camere da letto, una doppia e una singola. È provvisto di asciugamani, peccato che non ci siano prodotti da bagno di nessun tipo. Ampia balconata. Si raggiunge tranquillamente dalla metro Ciminao in 10 minuti a piedi, oppure in 5 minuti di bus.

Una nota di elogio è un ringraziamento al custode dello stabile sig. Orazio per la gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità mostrata. Unica nota negativa il parcheggio (disponibile in sede di prenotazione) non disponibile causa inagibilitá, senza proposte di soluzioni alternative.
