The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful. This was my second stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay there again if I was visiting Milan.
Could use some updating in hallways and rooms. Location was convenient (for walking to sights and restaurants) - but the entire road is currently under construction. Front desk service varied.
Breakfast and coffee had started at 7 each morning, but with being in Milan there was plenty of options.
I chose the property for its location, being a 15 min walk to the cathedral and another 15 min walk to the canal restaurant area.
Plenty of shopping in between and the area overall felt extremely safe.
