Good location with numerous amenities around. Hotel staff was polite and helpful, however the room was at the 2* level, but never 4. Emergency plan even displays the hotel having 3 stars,not worth the money

The hotel has paid parking next door which was very convenient for us, staff were not very friendly but they were helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Great staff, good hotel to stay

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and doing everything asked of them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good and in addition to this, snacks and drinks are always left out at the reception throughout the day. Housekeeping is great too and this was done daily. The location of the hotel hasn’t done any justice to its standard of service. Haven said that, the location is ok and there is a metro just round the corner with direct service to the city centre etc.

Very nice location, with ok building

Very good hotel with underground parking. Friendly staff. Train just around the corner and some cafes nearby. Definitely would stay again. Building itself is not new but rooms are ok.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I’d made the right choice. This quaint, boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between charm and practical comfort. Location & Transportation: The hotel is wonderfully situated, just steps from public transit (metro/train/bus), making it super easy to get around. Whether you’re headed to the city sights or commuting farther out, everything feels accessible. Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless — floors, linens, bathroom, everything was well maintained. The décor has character, without sacrificing comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked as expected (air conditioning, hot water, etc.). It felt like a place where someone cares. Staff / Service: The staff were exceptional. From front-desk greetings to recommendations for dinner, they were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to accommodate small requests and made everything easy. It felt like staying at a place run by people who want you to feel welcome, not just another guest. Overall Impression & Return Factor: I left with absolutely no hesitation: I would stay here again.
