The room is very decent and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, the elevator was in maintenance and they helped us to carry the luggage. I really like how there’s a share kitchen so I can heat up my breakfast. Also, free water refill is great. In a quiet community, 20minutes bus ride to Milan Centrale.

Stay overall went very well, very easy check-in instructions. Room was clean and neat with fridge and air conditioning. Shower on the smaller side. Only problem was location, not near the city center but that was our mistake, however there were a few bus stops nearby one being across the street. So easy access to public transportation. And there was also a washing machine available for use for 5 euros

The stay will do if you need somewhere to stay. Our room and en-suite were clean and we could lock our room door securely, and we had a mini fridge which was nice. Only problems we found was the front door to the hotel at the time of our stay didn’t close properly , and although the hotel seems to be sufficient with self-checkins there seemed to always be an unstaffed reception which we found odd. Overall it’s a nice place if you’re stopping over in Milan for a day or two, but we properly wouldn’t stay for longer.

The property was clean and well maintained. But I didn't like the fact that the staff did not help us call a taxi to take us to the airport. When we discovered that we have to check in at MXP AIRPORT BY 6a.m. to Zurich, Switzerland flight We were tourists and didn't know a 24-hour taxi companies phone numbers to call to take us to the airport by 3a.m. Meanwhile the location of the hotel is far from the main street where one could get a taxi on the road side easily. Anyway, I became creative to solve my problem and got rid of the fear and anxieties. I called Excelsior Galia Hotel in Milan Central to call me a taxi. The staffs there were very helpful and sent me telephone numbers of 24-hours taxi companies. By 2a.m I called the taxi and a driver showed up by 3a.m and took us to the MXP airport. We arrived at the MXP Airport on time to catch our flight. Halleluyah!

There was nobody at the reception. As we reached him, wasn't he able to speak German or English. The Bed was so hard that we couldn't sleep. The walls are so thin that we could hear the other guests.

Hotellille on keskustasta hieman matkaa mutta ihan vieressä on bussipysäkki, myös ratikkapysäkki on lähellä joten latasimme ATM sovelluksen eikä etäisyys ollut ongelmana. Huone oli kiva ja erittäin siisti! Vieressä on kiva kahvila/viinibaari, mistä aamuisin sai tuoreita leivoksia :) Hinta-laatu suhde erittäin hyvä! Suosittelen!
