Excellent location. Large comfortable room. Checking in after 10pm requires walking to a different location to get the key. No big deal. Great communication with service via phone and WhatsApp. Recommended.

This property is conveniently located by the Sforza castle and a 3 min walk to the Cairoli Metro station. We literally walked everywhere from this place. Our room AC did not work but besides that the place was clean, convenient and the customer service was lovely despite not being in person.

Nice apartment, very well located closed to convenient places and public transportation. Be aware that check in process is through an appointment, so make sure you arrange it before your arrival in Milan

Great location, nice modern apartment terrible wif

Place was in a great location and room was very modern and well equip. The only downside was the wifi was terrible and constantly dropped out (not good if you were on work calls). You do need to prearrange check in as there is no reception. They really should just WhatsApp people as someone arrived at 11pm and kept buzzing up for a different apartment.

Room was decent size and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately the check in process was not great — you have to notify them via text 30 mins before arrival so they can let you into your room (there is no lobby for the hotel rooms as it is within a larger condominium building). We waited 15 mins past the agreed upon meeting time for someone to let us in.

Fantastic location for a short trip in Milan and cannot fault the location at all. The check in process is confused. If you know what time you are arriving, phone ahead as there is no reception / self check in at the BnB, someone comes to meet you to give you the keys. The biggest issue for us was that the room was not very sound proofed and we could more or less hear conversations in the room next to us. The drain in the shower also had a bad smell but the room was otherwise very clean and tidy.

Positives: The room was in overall excellent condition. The bed, pillows, and linens were sufficient. The bath towels were also high quality and in good condition. Service from the staff was quick and friendly. The location is excellent, with a very good restaurant and cafe on the street level. Cairoli station is a 2-minutes walk from the street exit. Negatives: Checking in would not have been possible without phone service. The room got very warm (it felt 24-25) despite our heat set to 18. We had to sleep with the window open which created excess noise. The walls were also permeable to what seemed like normal living noise from the neighbors. Both the sink and shower drains were clogged. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, but it could have been better, hence the mid-level rating.

Frustrating experience. The property is located inside Milan’s Area C, a restricted traffic zone monitored by cameras, and this information is NOT disclosed in the listing. Entering without authorization can result in a fine of approximately €80 + €14 notification fee, which is extremely serious when traveling with a rental car. Two hours before our arrival, we discovered that even the parking lot recommended by the host was also inside Area C. To avoid receiving a fine, we did not enter the zone, had to leave, and pay for another accommodation, resulting in unnecessary extra expenses. The warning about the restricted zone only appears during the online check-in, at a point where cancellation is not possible. This omission affected our plans and our budget, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same situation. This information should have been clearly stated from the beginning. —————— Esperienza frustrante. La struttura si trova all’interno della Area C di Milano, una zona a traffico limitato controllata da telecamere, e questa informazione NON è presente nell’annuncio. L’ingresso non autorizzato può comportare una multa di circa €80 + €14 di spese di notifica, un rischio molto serio per chi viaggia con un’auto a noleggio. A due ore dal nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che persino il parcheggio consigliato dall’host si trovava anch’esso all’interno della Area C. It was really not clear that you had to call and arrange for a person to let you in the room, and that no reception existed. In retrospect, this is stated, but in the very bottom of a lot of facilities explanation. This is a key distinction of this property, and should be stated in the property description on the booking website, not at the bottom of explanation of what I would consider (nice to have features). I have seen others complain about this in reviews. I personally only found out by accident when looking for the property in street view, and couldn't find it. This caused some panic and stress in what was supposed to be a simple check in of a central located hotel room. We had to call a couple times times to coordinate a pick up person, and in the end, had to wait for somoene to take us to the apartment. On my side, I need to be more careful and thorough to make sure there actually is a reception before booking. But, I think you should just state this in the first description so there is no disappointment on the part of the visitor. It's too bad, because the property in the end was very nice, clean, centrally located and quiet.

Todo MUY BIEN ✅, estupendo incluso EXCELENTE. Únicamente tuvimos un desafortunado incidente que seguramente se debió a algún error de entendimiento, con el amable joven ALESSANDRO que hace el aseo de las dos habitaciones que renté. Cuando él atentamente nos recibió en el check in, antes de las 15:00 hrs. Nos ayudó gentilmente a subir las maletas y le dijimos que AL FINAL le dejaríamos algunos alimentos que guardamos en el refrigerador. DOS MEDIOS KILOS DE PARMEGGIANO PARMA envasados al vacío Y un envoltorio con tres TARTUFFLE biancos ALBA PIAMONTE (52 gramos). Ojalá lo sepa disfrutar

Zimmer ist optisch schön. Allerdings wahnsinnig stickig trotz Klimaanlage. Dies scheint durch das alte Gemäuer zu kommen wie uns der Inhaber mitteilte. Es mufft leider total in dem Raum vor allem auch im Bad. Für den Preis fanden wir es zu teuer. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Einen Pluspunkt gab es jedoch trotzdem für die Putzfrau die jeden Tag unsere Kleider liebevoll aufgehangen oder zusammen gelegt hat. Die Lage ist gut, unten gibt es direkt einen tollen Bäcker.
