Apartment with good kitchen amenities. Some good restaurants , grocery store and coffee cafes close. Metro is a short walk.

Beware of Bait & Switch! I don’t generally write negative reviews, but I feel I need to in this case. Our overall experience at this location was disappointing. When we arrived, 2 property mgrs (one on-site and one off-site) met us in front of the bldg. They showed us first to a 1st floor studio apt with no kitchen and only one full size bed. We had reserved a “two bedroom penthouse” apartment with two full or queen size beds and a kitchen. I chose this site over others because it was one of the few offering two bedrooms. The difference between the listing and what they showed us was so drastic, I protested even though we were exhausted. Despite language barriers, I managed to explain what we had been expecting. At that point, they seemed to “remember” that they had another unit on the 2nd floor that better fit this description. The second room did indeed have a kitchen and one separate bedroom with a full or queen bed. There was also a small terrace, but nothing that would qualify the unit as a penthouse. My friend used the bedroom, and I slept on a twin or smaller cot-type bed. There was a couch that I believe could have been opened out into a larger bed, but we didn’t realize this right away and wanted the use of the couch. They tried to charge us double the city hotel tax in cash. I paid what was listed online by the City as the appropriate amount. The neighborhood was young and fun but VERY noisy. Nice cafe and food options.
