Residencia Butiplaya Appartment

Comfortable 2 bed, bedsit penthouse apartment with great views across La Cala. Residencia Butiplaya is next to a sandy beach, but also has a large, secluded swimming pool. It is located by plenty of nearby beach restaurants and is within a comfortable walk to the bars and restaurants of central La Cala.

Relaxing week at Butiplaya in La Cala

Clean and comfortable well-equipped studio apartment with fantastic views over Mijas Costa. Close to bars and some really good quality restaurants (El Olivio is just downstairs). Nice private gardens for sunbathing. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely week in our apartment it was spotlessly clean.lovely pool outside the gated property.we had everything we needed in there and more! It is situated in a lovely area with some lovely places to eat and drink.will definitely be returning...fabulous!!!

Amazing view in a great location

The property met all our expectations. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped and in a perfect location. The garden is a lovely place to relax in the sun with a great pool. Through a gate and you can walk to La Cala in a few mins or for a longer walk in the other direction. Loads of good cafes and restaurants along the way and sensibly priced.

Nice apartment with very good location in La Cala

Nice small apartment in a very good location and view. One room with both a dubblebed and sitting furniture. The balcony is an extra room since it is behind windows. Small kitchen area which we did not use very much since there are lots of restaurants close by. The entrance to the building doesn't look so nice, but the garden and pool area is very nice and located just at the beach. Everything was fine for us and the owner was checking up that we found the apartment okay when we arrived. We can recommend this apatrment for not more than two persons. Beautiful, clean, well-kept apartment with lovely views

The apartment itself was great & had everything we needed & the location perfect; the pool was in the garden & the beach was literally at the bottom of the garden; great for walking, swimming or sunbathing & a boardwalk leading to next resort or to the many restaurants, shops & market stalls. Mijas has layers to it & we enjoyed exploring it. Local buses are regular & inexpensive & we visited Marbella & Fuengirola. There is a certain charm about Mijas & I will definitely return!
