Magnificent apartment in las lagunas de Mijas with two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds. It has 2 bathrooms each with a bathtub and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The living room is quite spacious and consists of a comfortable sofa, smart tv and dining table for 4. The terrace of 20 m2 gives a nice view of the pool and the green area of the urbanization. Also from the same terrace on the side has a distant view of the sea.

The urbanization has a swimming pool for adults and another one next to it for children. For tennis lovers a tennis court is at your disposal, just bring your material.

The accommodation has a private covered parking. There is also the possibility to park on the street.

It is located right next to the A7 highway towards Marbella and has access to the beach through a bridge that connects the two sides of the road. Walking distance to the place where many concerts are held in Fuengirola : The Mare Nostrum of Fuengirola.

Next to the house there is a BP gas station and on the other side of the road at 20 min walking distance is the Sohail castle of Fuengirola and the Hotel IPV Palance Spa.

The Miramar shopping center is 5 minutes away by car and the nearest Lidl supermarket is 7 minutes away open from Monday to Sunday.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et vraiment très propre. Très bien insonorisé malgré la proximité de la route côtière. La piscine est grande et la terrasse est vraiment spacieuse avec une vue sur mer. Le centre commercial Miramar est à 2 min en voiture. Le wifi est excellent. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Enfin notre hôte était gentil ,à l’écoute et tres réactif (on nous a ramené un humidificateur d’air tout neuf). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et vraiment très propre. Très bien insonorisé malgré la proximité de la route côtière. La piscine est grande et la terrasse est vraiment spacieuse avec une vue sur mer.
