Enjoy breathtaking 180-degree ocean views stretching from the Bluff to Goolwa Beach from this relaxed and comfortable beach house.
The light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area captures stunning ocean views and is the perfect place to unwind. It features comfortable seating, a smart TV, dining for eight and a well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, filtered water and everything needed for easy holiday meals. Curl up with a book, enjoy a coffee from the pod machine or simply take in the view.
A second spacious lounge provides extra room for families, complete with another smart TV, table tennis table and space for games and puzzles. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both living areas ensures year-round comfort.
Alternatively enjoy the views from the glass-enclosed sunroom – protected from the elements while soaking up the gorgeous vista.
Just a short 2-minute stroll to the sand, the home is ideally located for surfing, beach walks, cycling, whale watching and exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The property includes three bedrooms: a front master bedroom with ocean views and ensuite, a second queen bedroom with peaceful garden views, and a third bedroom with a tri-bunk. There is a central family bathroom, an additional toilet, and a fully equipped laundry.
Guests have access to the garage with an automatic door as well as a secure and large lawned back garden.
