"This resort was very quiet and peaceful everywhere but in the rooms. Throughout the day, from early morning to late evening, you hear the carts going back and forth from the workers. As well as them laughing and talking in the halls. The entertainment people that we normally see all throughout the resorts were not around. We saw them one day at the snack area with games, but had to actually ASK to play the games with them. There was four of them at the table talking amongst each other. The buffet had a variety of decent food. We tried the restaurants, but still ended up going to the buffet. The staff was friendly. They don't cater to the customers, but will assist if asked. I'm not a partier, but enjoy people watching as they dance and have a good time. There wasn't a lot for me to watch here. It wasn't a bad resort, it just was not the fun vibe that we are used to."

"Beautiful hotel . Some of the staff amazing hard working and friendly people. The room was very nice , view was spectacular. However in the buffet the food was cold. I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. I know that the temperature of the hot plates has to be at a certain level but then probably the equipment they are using is not the appropriate one . I had stayed at many hotels including at DR and this was never an issue . Also at Toa the Dominican restaurant and Yuca another restaurant the service was poor . I want to mention some of the staff for their hospitality and service like Yokaira Cespedes , Valentina keeping her station so clean and making the best eggs and Luis the manager of some of the restaurants for trying very hard to please us . Overall it was a very nice hotel and a relaxing vacation ."

"Sin embargo, no todas las experiencias fueron positivas. Uno de los puntos más decepcionantes fue el restaurante de carnes Caraway. Aunque es uno de los restaurantes con mayor demanda dentro del hotel, la experiencia fue frustrante porque no se pudo disfrutar. Se intentó comer allí en dos ocasiones y ambas terminaron mal antes de poder entrar. La primera vez, la atención en la recepción del restaurante fue percibida como arrogante y poco profesional. La segunda vez, aun teniendo reservación, tampoco fue posible acceder. Esto dejó la impresión de que existe un problema en el manejo de reservaciones y en la organización del acceso a este restaurante. Para un huésped que paga una experiencia todo incluido, especialmente en una categoría premium, resulta decepcionante no poder disfrutar de todas las amenidades prometidas. El punto más negativo de la estancia fue el servicio de mayordomo incluido en la experiencia Preferred. La familia escogió esta categoría no solo por la habitación, sino también por la promesa de un servicio más personalizado, exclusivo y cómodo. En teoría, el mayordomo debería ayudar con reservaciones, orientar dentro del hotel, responder dudas, facilitar procesos, atender preferencias y hacer que la estadía sea más fluida. Sin embargo, en este caso, la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo esperado. La mayordomo asignada fue la señora Wendy, y el servicio recibido resultó profundamente decepcionante. Durante la estancia casi no hubo interacción física con ella."

"We had a wonderful experience! Such an amazing location and view. We even saw a whale swim by while lounging at the pool on our last morning. Alex is extremely responsive and helpful. Dulce cooked us an amazing meal on arrival and helped with any issues that came up during our stay. Truly a gem of a location. We felt safe and really enjoyed the week."
