We would like to invite you to a unique holiday home on the Studnica River, surrounded by picturesque forests in the municipality of Miastko. It is an ideal place for those who are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and want to enjoy the tranquillity of nature. The house is located just 2 km from the picturesque village of Kawcze, combining comfortable accommodation with direct access to the beauty of Polish nature.
In our house we provide full comfort. The ground floor of approximately 55 m2 has a living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas, including two sofa beds, ideal for a larger group or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, toaster oven, coffee machine, cooker with oven and dishwasher. There is also a toilet, pantry and access to a large terrace on this level, providing additional amenities. On the first floor, with an area of approximately 42 m2, there are three bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and the necessary furniture, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, also completed with a comfortable dressing room on the mezzanine.
Outside, there is a spacious garden available for picnics or spending time outdoors. We offer two terraces - one at the front of the house with a smaller set of tables and chairs, and a second, larger one directly on the river, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the picturesque views. There is also a carport and private parking.
Our location offers a myriad of activities for lovers of nature and active holidays. The house is surrounded by beautiful forests, rich in mushrooms and berries, offering perfect conditions for hiking or cycling. The Studnica River, on which the house is located, abounds in fish such as grayling and trout, offering the possibility of fishing after purchasing the appropriate permit. For lovers of canoeing and swimming and relaxing on the beach, there is a lake in the middle of the forest and Lake Bobięcino with a beach and a restaurant not far away.
