「Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Great place to stay! Amazing location! Beautiful house!」

「The room was clean and looked just like the listing photos. Really great option and well priced.」

「This was one of the nicest places I have every had the good fortune to find. Far above staying at a hotel. Very homey, quiet, clean, private, secure. I would stay again.」

「Property was not in safe area parking was horrible there was only 2 bath towels for both of us for a 2 night stay no hand towels and the property does not furnish washcloths. I contacted the host the evening we arrived and explained to her and she assured us she would send someone over with them that evening we waited for an hour no one came I messaged her again no response. I then contacted VRBO and they tried reaching out to her with no response. I messaged her again the next morning and she...

「Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. The whole place that was very clean. There are not a lot of amenities like hair dryers or washcloths. We...

「The apartment was perfectly as described and VERY generous on space. The building itself did have us a bit concerned- the hallways to the apartments left a little to be desired in the cleanliness department- but the unit itself was very clean. I feel it would also be helpful to point out that while the listing says parking is available, it is street parking only or a paid lot, not private parking for the building.Host was openly communicative in a timely manner with all necessary info for check...

「This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.」

「Property was perfect for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at UD.Everything needed was there and clean. It’s a quick Uber ride to campus which was great for long days and nights out. We will stay here again next time we visit.」
