Great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful vacation in Miami Beach. The location was perfect, very walkable to restaurants but also on a quiet street. The apartment was as described, clean and cute and plenty of space to spread out. The host was very communicative throughout our stay and was available almost immediately for any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

Had a fantastic time in South Beach and it was aided by this nice respite from the beach. Only a couple of blocks away from the water and from restaurants. The parking is very tight, but I learned on our trip, you don’t need a car if you’re staying here. The entire family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, perfect space

This was our second time in South Beach and we loved the location of this property. The apartment was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Marc was a very responsive host. Walking distance to everything you need for a comfortable stay in South Beach!

Perfect South of Fifth Stay

Quiet, Clean, Safe

Just two blocks away from the beach and a short walk to all the buzz, this rental was QUIET, clean and in a safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer was KEY. Had everything we needed. Will be back!

Fantastic

Mark is a wonderful host. He responds quickly and is ready to help. The location of the property is ideal for South Beach. It is two short blocks from the ocean and the boardwalk. It is also a short walk to the restaurants and shops of South Beach. The condo is comfortable and has really good beds - truly A. The kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend it!!

Perfect location

Marc’s place is perfect for visiting Miami Beach. You are a stone’s throw from the beach and Ocean Drive but also in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to good restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, comfortable beds and furniture- and well maintained. Everything works and it also has a small balcony with good views. The parking space was great to have - both for peace of mind and because parking anywhere in that area isn’t the greatest. Highly recommended!

Lovely family friendly apartment walking distance to the beach

The apartment was great for our family with 2 small boys. The kitchen wasn't huge but saved us from having to eat out every meal. The beach is 5-10 min walk to the beach (depending on if the youngest wanted to be carried or walk himself). We really appreciated the location, which was v central on South Beach so we didn't need to rent a car, but also just outside the main strip of bars, restaurants and hotels so it was quiet at night.

Amazing Home

10/10! This home was nothing short of amazing. Literally everything was as described in listing. The home was clean, the host had amazing communication, and it was in walking distance of EVERYTHING! We definitely will be back. **Parking is a little tight and we drove a Bronco, so I would advise to drive a vehicle this size or smaller.

Great Location/ Nice Amentities

Marc was a great host and his page offers lots of great recommendations. This was our first visit to Miami Beach and we loved his place. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, however they could use some new ones. The chairs were usable but on their last leg. The umbrella was broken but we managed. All in all we are appreciative and would return.
