We arrived at 3pm and we have to wait until 5pm, the key got problems and we have to wait for fix it, the refrigerator got two bottles of water used,.and we report to the lobby.

The property is in a perfect location, beautiful views and great pool. It was a bit frustrating when checking in, only 1 staff member dealing with 5-6 parties waiting. The elevators were not working when we returned from dinner and that was a complete mess as the lobby was full. Overall, the amenities are great, but if you’re looking for luxurious rooms and service I would stay elsewhere. I will probably stay somewhere else when returning to South Florida.

They have cleaning service every day and in the beach they set up the beach chairs and umbrella for free. Beautiful pool.

Trump International Resort is the best. The view is wonderful! Staffs are amazing and went beyond especially check in (we were thrilled to check in early👍). Highly recommended!

It was a very nice experience, the hotel is very nice, excellent cleanliness, all areas clean and the service throughout the staff is very efficient, the pool area is wonderful, the beach is very close and its water is very transparent and clean , very good option to spend a few days..

The property is amazing, excellent my room toilet wasn't working, no water to flush since we got to the room. After several attempts, not repair was done until I request to speak to the manager or change room.

1. towels with holes. 2. The toilet was broken and did not fill with water. 3. the hotel charges an additional fee of 300 dollars for towels and sun loungers (6 days) and the staff sells the first line to the water for an additional fee!4. The facade is being repaired due to which a stone fell on my car and the glass cracked, which they said your insurance will cover! 5. On the last day the hot water was turned off. 6. There is a thick layer of dust in the corners and on the lamps! the most terrible impression!

Property was pretty clean but could be updated. I didn’t eat at any restaurants here only ordered a burger from the beach restaurant which was very mediocre. Drinks were good. Pool seemed clean but I didn’t use it, I prefer the beach over pools. Room was large & up to par. Shower did turn into a mini bath tub while showering, not a big issue since we showered pretty quick either way. One major complaint, I ordered the car & got a confirmation text saying car was ready but once down there for pickup, we waited over 30 minutes until they FINALLY got our car. Paying for this service, they should be up to higher standards. I enjoyed the location because I prefer relaxing on vacation, “busy” Miami was about 30 min drive

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente desde las 8 de la noche hablamos y solo decían que ya iba a quedar y no quedó listo hasta el día siguiente las personas de ahí nunca nos resolvieron nada en ves de eso se molestaron porque les hablábamos para preguntarles nuestro vuelo salía temprano no pudimos bañarnos y teníamos una cena a la cual tampoco pudimos ir pues habíamos estado en la playa y era necesario bañarnos no recomiendo ni volvería a quedarme ahí todo es comprensible si te atienden y te explican lo que está pasando pero no es comprensible cuando se molestan y te hablan mal en ves de darte soluciones pésimo servicio
