Love that is close to everything

I like this property because is close to many places and some good restaurants like Olive Garden, outback steakhouse, Texas roadhouse, has lot space for a townhouse, I definitely recommend to anyone,. specifically those who has big family like me, family of 6 we fit perfectly fine. Also Good Price.

Overall nice property. Except for hard beds and unresponsive owner. Pros: Property is roomy and kitchen is well equipped but has nothing but dishes and pots and pans. Cons: Owner did not provide a local POC or contact information where they are reachable. Only provide property access information a few hours prior to check in and only after I was on the phone with VRBO customer service. Internet stopped working on the second day and owner was unreachable. Was restored next day. No toiletries are provided so if flying prepare to bring some or by them. No dish soap or sponges provided except for dish washer fluid. One of the beds is a mismatched mattress/box spring combo (queen bow spring with twin mattress and mattress slides around.

Lovely home and centrally located

This was a perfect place to stay to access all entrances to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. We also traveled to Miami one day, which was also a reasonable distance (if it wasn't for the traffic). Many restaurants within 10- 15 minute drive of the property. Shivers BBQ, as mentioned by several other reviews, was a good choice. The house was immaculate, spacious with a wonderful layout, and had all you needed for a 5 day stay. Check-in/check-out was seemless. The host was responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, die Umgebung ist ruhig und ausgesprochen angenehm.Nur die Matratze in dem großen Bett (in dem Zimmer ohne Bad) ist ziemlich unbequem. Es wäre gut, die verschiedenen Bedienungsanleitungen für die Spülmaschine etc. gut sichtbar hinzulegen, die haben wir erst am Ende des Aufenthalts gefunden.

Great property in a great location

Great property, great host, great location, mattresses need an upgrade. The queens/doubles need replacing. They're fine if you only have one person per bed, but they sag in the middle otherwise. There are a few things that need some additional work on the property (caulking replacement in a few locations, for example) so if you're a snob you might be offended, but the minor maintenance issues were not a reflection of the cleanliness, which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. There's also an excellent Nicaraguan restaurant nearby (Sazon Nica).

Home away from home

From the start, Christopher, who is the host was accommodating. Our check-in was at 5pm, he was kind to let us check-in at 4pm. The house is exactly as advertised on VRBO website. The house was clean, felt welcoming and comfortable spacious property. The master bedroom beds were a little hard, but that did not bother us because we spent most of our time downstairs most of the time during our stay, we utilized the kitchen everyday to cook breakfast and dinner. We literally felt like it was home away from home. There is a bbq grill, lawn chairs, and everything you need to take your family to the beach. Key Largo and Miami is both 30 mins away from the property. And there is a small shopping center and Walmart for grocery shopping 10 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Christopher can control the thermostat remotely which was so nice because we couldn’t figure out how to adjust it. We were so cold when it was set at 68, so we asked Christopher to set the temp at 73 and were comfortable throughout the house. We truly enjoyed our stay and will book here again when we come back to Florida.

Super clean and comfortable house

Thanks again Christopher, for having us in your very nice and clean house. We really enjoyed our stay. We found all we needed for the daily belongings, the beds and the baths were very comfortable and clean, same as the entire house and also the kitchen served all we needed. What more to say? 😊 We would come back! I only would like to give 2 hints about the outer environment. The one is, that some streets away from the house, some folks seams starting motor car races in the night. One will not hear it when the windows are closed, but we kept it open over night and then it partly became loud. The other is to really only park in the driveway on the back of the house. We somehow missed the respective traffic signs on the street, in front of the house, and got a warning, that a couple of hours later, we would be towed away. As we saw the sticker on the car early enough, luckily nothing worse happened. To underline: Both aspects wouldn’t hinder us from renting the house a second time, it’s only to consider.

Nice Place

Overall, I enjoyed this place. 5 of us stayed here and there was more than enough space for everyone. Everyone had their own bed, the main bedroom has 2 double beds which my wife and I didn't think we could share. Nobody found the beds particularly comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms, all nice but some of the toilets clogged easily, made a lot of noise when filling, and would constantly refill. I tried cleaning one of the flappers to help the problem but couldn't completely fix the slow leak. The bathrooms had some burned out light bulbs but still had decent lighting. There are plenty of comfortable couches (3) for sitting but only 4 good dining chairs. There were many more old worn down dining chairs in the garage that allowed us to sit 5 at the table. There isn't much close by dining in the area so you'll likely want to eat many meals here. Dining choices are about a 10 minute drive. For cooking, the kitchen was decently stocked, but I was a little frustrated that there were no good liquid measuring cups. There are measuring spoons, dry measuring cups, but no liquid measuring cups. I suppose you could use the dry cups for liquids, I ended up using a 2oz shot glass to measure out 2c of water for making rice. The coffee machine ended up being a mix of 2 half broken coffee machines. The coffee came out fine, it's just a bit quirky. Overall, I'm happy with my stay and thought it was a good value. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
