DON’T STAY HERE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Had a share a bathroom Which wasn’t explained in the details of the room. I had accidentally booked the wrong day as I was needing to stay longer for work. The property indicated they would cancel my reservation no problem and they are now refusing to refund me the money when I’m not even staying at their facility and won’t even be in town to use. When someone indicates they have no problem doing something and then denies the next day to Hotels.com the refund when myself and Hotel.Com Had and I am continuing to contact them. They won’t answer the phone and the one time they did she hung up with me after I called asked why the reservation isn’t cancelled yet. I had more than 24 hour notice that I needed this cancelled. Plus when I checked in the told me a parking pass for $30 when everything even the document she was handing me clearly stated $25. She did honor that the $25 parking but there were at least 3 different documents that showed $25 as the parking price. When she logged my car with the city it was a less then $9 charge a day for 24 hours with the city of Miami. Obviously this B & B are thinking of ways to take care their guests money!! DON’T STAY HERE!!!

Nice older property built in the 1930s,clean,the pool area is great.There is a big park whith b ball courts and soccer feilds and a public pool close by.Its only a short walk to good restuarants and the beach.

I liked the location and price. I did not like the loud noises of doors and cabinets slamming at 7:00 AM. Sunday morning I was greeted to the owner hosing off everything outside with a high-pressure nozzle also at 7 AM . Maybe they should wait a couple hours next time. Breakfast was OK definitely not great. Cereal, bagels, chocolate croissants. Not very healthy. I should say it had a nice homey feeling and we felt welcome

NOT a hotel. It’s a house or hostel with a shared bath, really old rusty shared bath. If you like wilderness camping this will work. Add in $25 or $250 for parking and tow charge. No parking anywhere and the area prays on rental cars towing them. Don’t go here.

We had a great stay for 10 days. Location is good, facilities are aged but still good. Beds were comfortable.

SoBeYou...a great place to stay

My stay was good. This was my first time I ever stayed at a bed and breakfast. The front desk lady was very friendly. The room was clean. I was told that breakfast would beginning at 7am the next day. I was not told that there was a fee for a hot breakfast and only the cold breakfast was free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

I staid here during Art Basel and clearly would have wanted more for the money but that’s simply not possible during this week. The shared bathroom was kept very clean and the room was clean too. There were a few dead bees on the window frame but that’s about it. I never ate breakfast there nor did I use the pool (it’s tiny) location is super central and quiet! Would stay here again.

Alles super gut! Hübsche Unterkunft - kein riesen Hotelturm- mit Pool, gutes Frühstück in entspannter Atmosphäre. Super Lage, nur einige Minuten zu Fuß zum berühmten Ocean Drive und zum Strand. Dennoch ruhige Seitenstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Good location but poor privacy

Good location, nice swimming pool. I didn't understand during the booking that the toilets and bathroom had to be shared with another room. Partition between rooms is thin. Regular Breakfast (no salted pieces). I know that hotels are expensive in Miami Beach, but I expected more for this price !

Un séjour au top

Première fois à Miami et on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux comme accueil tout le personnel est aux petits, soins à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propres et l’hôtel en lui même est très bien situé: assez loin de l’agitation nocturne d’océan drive mais assez près pour pouvoir y aller à pieds. Dans l’hôtel Blanca se plie en 4 pour pouvoir répondre à toutes vos attentes et est toujours souriante accueillante et de bonne humeur. En bref si vous chercher un hôtel bed and breakfast dans Miami Beach celui-ci est clairement à recommander

SOBE retreat with almost a B & B experience.

This hotel is a great location for people who don’t want to be on Ocean craziness. Neighborhood quiet and residential. I come to SOBE almost every year and have stayed at many places. I will stay here again for sure. Pool area is clean and cute. Not best for sunbathing but comfortable. The beautiful, young and helpful Marcela is a wonderful asset to your experience. She is personal and knowledgeable. Hopefully she gets paid well. Many hospitality people in SOBE just don’t care. Marcela is a refreshing site and experience every morning. You will not regret staying here.

What an amazing stay! I have to thank Mayela, Marcela and Blanca for this amazing stay in Miami. I loved everything about the hotel! The pool, the breakfast, their warmth and the location. My room was very good and clean everyday! I am coming back again in March! And I can't wait! This place is a real pleasure!

Valeu muito a pena pelo custo X beneficio

O local e muito bom! Fica bem próximo a Miami Beach aonde tem vários bares e restaurantes, além da praia logico. E tbm fica bem próximo a lojas tipo drogarias, shopping, mercado, e etc. Possui um parque chamado Flamingo, muito interessante para fazer atividades físicas ou simplesmente passear. O Hotel em si, não podemos chamar de hotel, e sim de pousada. Não e nada grande, mas e muito acolheredora e aconchegante. As paredes e pisos são de madeiras, o que torna qualquer movimento muito barulhento ao ponto de incomodar dependendo da hora. Os quarto são de bons tamanhos, nada extraordinários, porem os banheiros são bem pequenos, mas nada que comprometa a qualidade do banho. O café da manha e muito simples, ate demais, diga-se de passagem. A limpeza e muito boa, tudo bem limpo e cheiroso. O atendimento foi muito bom, o gerente do local bem atencioso e simpático.
