スタッフさんが親切で満足。 ローンデポパークまで徒歩30分の距離だったので選びました。 エアコンも効いていて、快適でした。 テレビはないけど満足。

Service was less than subpar. Room service wasn’t available. They didn’t provide new towels and always ran out. The kitchen common area wasn’t clean and had flies and bugs everywhere.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Kaffee sehr gut! Man konnte an der Rezeption essen kaufen und Getränke. Die Hygienischen Verhältnisse Vorort sind sehr kritisch zu betrachten. Der Pool war voll mit Toten wespen und Laub von den Bäumen und das Wasser wurde nicht gewechselt. Der Reinigungs Service hat nur sporadisch die Zimmer gereinigt. Mein Kissen war dreckig sodass ich ein Kissen von einem anderen Bett nehmen musste. Es sind kleine Ameisen aus den Schlitzen im Badezimmer gekommen. Als man es angesprochen hat wurde dem erst nachgegangen das Zimmer zu reinigen. Ein Kühlschrank hat leider gefehlt. Es ist inordnung wenn man keine Ansprüche hat.

Quando vc escolhe o quarto com banheiro compartilhado tem apenas um banheiro para vários quartos. O tempo de espera era longo para conseguir entrar.

Location is scary I may reservation for a single room and went I got there I was sharing the room with someone and they told me that there was not other rooms available

To start out it seems incredible that there is no TV in the room, but worse of all, there is not even a hair dryer !!! The floors in the room are uneven, the bed creaks, the sheets don't really fit the bed. It is clean, but needs a lot of updating... Most of the staff is very, very nice and helpful... but there is one lady early in the morning at the desk, just when you are trying to figure out how to get where you are going that day, who is extremely cold, dismissive and rude. The evenings are noisy... perhaps because of their events, but they do stop at midnight.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Tout d’abord sur Expedia à aucun moment il n’est notifié que la salle de bain avec les toilettes sont partagés… la propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous et le tout pour un tarif de 370€ pour 2 nuits ! Passez votre chemin.

This place was hell. It was a scam. The pictures they show aren’t proper to what is actually there. It was dirty and the neighborhood was crowded. I booked a room and the receptionist told me that I booked 1 bed inside a room of 4 beds that i’d have to stay and sleep with strangers. Expedia was the biggest help crediting me my money back for this scam.

Excellent 1st experience
I loved the layout and the proximity to everything. Only 2nd time to Miami and really made my experience. Will definitely be back later this year!
