My room and my neighborhood were burrandus dirty. Their cleaning team are.terrboe and.i am sure the owner doesn't follow protocols and I doubts the owner knows what's going on with cleaning terrible situation. Breakfast was disgusting since they left slices of bread like was the last bread in the supermarket.they really need to learn how to welcome people.atound USA and world. The only thing was totally amazing was a staff named TERRY. Very into pleased guest but it unfortunately he can do all. Outside this building is so beautiful but unfortunately it needs improvement and I saw with my own eyes guests asking to have their room.clean after.left the tag by the door for a day or two

Went into the room and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There was mold on the shower curtain, someones false eyelashes on the bathroom floor, and nobody had replaced the trash cans with bags. The towels smelled of something spoiled, so we asked for new ones at the front desk. They were very nice and helpful staff, but we did recieve what seemed like lost and found towels as one was fluffy and green and the other was a Bluey beach towel. But they were clean and still much better than the others. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room itself was not as clean as I would have hoped. Location was great though. Overall, an average stay.

Close to the beach, less than 200 steps. Close to 24/7 CVS. Make sure you plan to get breakfast at Primo Cafe and Market just down the street. The hotel doesn’t offer much at all. If you are not downstairs for 8:30 you will not get any boiled eggs, apart from that there a a few croissants and bread to choose from. The room bath towels smell like oil/gasoline and are extremely thin. Good if you want to exfoliate your skin, they are super rough. The black bath mat is a slipping hazard coming out of the tub, there was no grip. Our jacuzzi tub stopper wouldn’t close so we had to use a plastic bag so the water wouldn’t drain. There were no glasses in the room to have water, no coffee maker and no safe, even though I was told there should be a safe. Cute small courtyard with two gazebos and chairs to sit and relax. I’m not sure what the deal is at this place. It took me over 20 minutes to check in as I was waiting for two people ahead of me, it was extremely slow. There doesn’t seem to be much a rush for anything here. Had a decent night sleep, was quiet once we closed the windows. Collins Ave is a very busy street with tons of traffic. Mid beach area is very clean and the beach was not busy. Lots of seaweed and very windy.

This is the first time I make a review a bad review. This hotel is not good. One of the guys in the hotel front desk was really rude with my husband because he said that my husband was staring at him and the only thing he wanted was a towel because they did not put any on our room. Besides that the breakfast is a joke. Is only bread with butter boil eggs and milk with coffee nothing else. I have never seen a breakfast so poor. If you are staying here only do it if it’s too cheap

1. Toilet not clean. 2. Nightstand was sticky 3. 2 small packets of shampoo and mini soap. 4. No hair dryer 5. No iron or board 6. No closet just a same cabinet 7. Sheets had stains, new ones were wet , and finally wrong size. We turn it sideways and we had to make the bed as no one was available. 8. No extra toilet paper. 9. Bath towels were slightly bigger than hand towels and see through. 10. Asked for bigger ones and received mismatched beach towels. I think someone left them behind. 11. Rusts on lamps and trash cans. 12. “Breakfast “ was a few things on an old bar in hallway. I heard someone ask about eggs and they said only hard boil and u have to ask for them. 13. Bar had no alcohol. And lights were out in “lobby” we sat there waiting for room. 14. It was only blocks from beach and could be really nice place if it got proper care. We had to wait for our room and it was dirty and we had to clean and make bed. WTH we would NOT stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty upon arrival. There were hairs in the sink and shower. There were also long strands of hair IN THE BED. When I wanted to leave. day early after being so disgusted by the hotel, they refused to give me a refund. The elevator license expired in 2025 and is not up to code. And the fact that they say breakfast available...drip coffee and bread. That's it. Horrible experience and complete waste of money and energy.

Did a quick weekend getaway for a friend’s birthday. We picked this hotel because of the location of the beach which was the only good thing. When we first arrived the gentleman at the desk seemed friendly until he told me how there is a $25 a day fee for the hotel I said I didn’t know that he told me I didn’t read the fine print. Then after checking in our room we had no towels or toilet paper and the AC wasn’t working in the room. I also paid for 2 queen size beds and the beds in the room were full size and also the shower was in the middle of the room which was not shown on Expedia site for this hotel. I went back down to the front desk and Terry told me I get what I paid for and that all the hotels in the area were double in price. Not the best customer service. Then we asked for more towels and the towels they gave us were dirty. We had to go buy our own towels and toilet paper. So if you’re considering booking here bring your own towels and toilet paper. I will never book with Expedia again!

Room was clean but in disrepair. Toilet paper holder was broken and shower leaked all over the floor. The shower was in the main room with a cheap curtain and not private if sharing a room with two double beds with others. The rooms were advertised as sound proof but you could hear voices through the door in the hallway and doors closing through the night. There were no towels or wash cloths provided and we had to ask three times and then provided towels that were well used and stained. Staff were courteous however issues were not resolved when asked.

La habitación (penthouse) no tenía el aire acondicionado en función, no nos dieron toallas, jabón, agua (como se menciona en la app). El desayuno estaba muy terrible no tenían fruta, no tenían yogur, solo una opción de cereal, solo una opción de pan, y una terrible atención.

The hotel is in a good area right by the beach a two minute walk from hotel! The staff is friendly but the rooms didn't seem like they were clean or well maintained there's maintained. We had room 301 and the light in bathroom kept turning on. They have a ghost staff so there wasn't any one to complain too. The next day we had a different from because our cruise was delayed so we had the balcony room on second floor. It had mold on curtain were tub is at. Im not sure why just dont use frost glass for that window instead of a blind. There continental breakfast wasn't something i would eat either. Check reviews at there website theres alot of good pictures to support what im talking about by different customers that stayed there.
