Relaxing stay

We stayed a couple days in Miami Beach after returning from a cruise. So relaxing and I was able to get our laundry caught up. Perfect location from many restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Very nice to let us check in early because of the timing we were let off from our cruise ship and it was raining that day. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved the location of this rental. Very close to everything fun in Miami but still situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lola was accommodating to our needs and always responded back to our questions promptly. Be aware that you can hear people's movements from upstairs

We went from Germany to Miami in August with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The flat was lovely. Everything you need is available. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 5 minutes you are at the Beach (walking distance!!!). A small supermarket is right around the corner. It was so relaxing to park our rental car in front of the house. We would definitely love to come back. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Miami home"! ❤️Our 2. Visit- perfect again!!!

We were in the apartment with our children last summer (2023). This time we were here with our children (5 and 9) too. Everyone was very happy again. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. Everything you need is there. Great kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and the main room is comfortable. Beach equipment is also included. The location couldn't be better. You can reach everything on foot. We loved hearing the parrots in the morning and will miss this place and the great time again. We will definitely come back again. The communication with Lola was perfect and very good. Thank you so much for letting us be your guests again.

Beautiful property, excellent distance to beach

The in unit W/D saved me. Between the humidity and the salt water, I would have ruined all of my clothes before the end of my trip. I was allowed an early check-in, by request, which was WONDERFUL, as I would have had to burn 4 hours after my flight landed. Very short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Target (essential). I loved the security of the coded gate and coded room. It felt very familiar after about a day, almost like home once I became comfortable with the area. The studio had every amenity you could possibly need, including beach chairs and umbrella, extra towels, linens, dishes, cleaning products. Like home, pretty much. I will be returning.

Great mom and daughters weekend

My daughters and I had a great stay here during our long weekend in South Beach. Getting into the property was super easy. We could walk to beach, stores, restaurants, etc very easily. The pool was nice after a day in the sun. We would definitely come back!

Nice cozy property close to everything but still very quiet

Loved the property. Cozy and perfect for the two of us. Not the property owner’s fault, but she would send a message through Vrbo but I wouldn’t see it till some 20 minutes later. Only wished it would have had some hotel type soap, shampoo.

Communication with the owner was terrible. I wrote her an email and texted her a day prior to arrival, no answer. Somehow we entered the property without her help, and there was problems with connection to internet. Tried to connect again. She answered in about 16 hours later. She said she is travelled what is why there is a delay. Ok. Later attempts to contact her were the same, 16 hours delay. There was two huge dead cockroaches under the table. No shampoo or shower gel , half roll of paper towel and one roll of toilet tissue. For our 12 days stay. No salt or paper or coffee. I had a strong impression as host was saving money on everything . I do not revoke d this place.

The condo is 3 blocks from the beach and located in the upscale south Miami Beach area but also a block and a half away from 5th and Washington which is the south end of the central business district area of Miami Beach, the downtown area. So the location accesses two great areas of Miami Beach with a near by stop number to board the Miami Beach Trolley which gets you around all of Miami Beach free. This is a studio condo well furnished and included are amenities like a kitchen, WiFi, TV, a comfortable bed, a futon, a wash machine and dryer and beach chairs and towels. I would would rent this unit again.

Perfect Stay in the South of Miami Beach

Super Lage in einer stilvollen Anlage mit Pool, Grillplatz, Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten.Restaurants, Busse und Trolleys in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass ein Auto nicht erforderlich ist. Das Condo selbst war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst.Lediglich das Sofa könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, da es nicht sehr bequem ist.

The location is perfect, it's close to the South beach, food stores and restaurants. Lola helps us to resolve the issue with the AC very fast. The apartment has everything we needed, it's clean and comfortable. Washer and drier were very helpful. We'd recommend this place for 2.

Miami Beach weekend
