Very basic

This is a very basic apartment. I got the impression they are trying to monetize it until the building is torn down like its neighbor and something fancy goes up. Pretty old and a bit shabby, some bugs, stains, lack of hot water, etc. Had to be switched to another unit mid stay due to a plumbing problem. Not really pleasant. Spend more, go somewhere nicer.
