- Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds with 55" TV, shared jack/jill bathroom with Bedroom 2

- Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Size beds with 55" TV, access to shared bathroom.

- Bedroom 5 : 2 Queen Size beds with 55" TV, access to shared bathroom.

- Bedroom 6: Cinema with 2 Queen size beds with 120" projector screen , access to shared bathroom.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

This property is pet friendly.

$300 USD per pet max 2 pets



If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.



BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music during quiet ordinance hours 10 pm to 8 am.
